Not much else to do in the area besides the worthwhile Dynjandi waterfall. It is a stopping point on the way to Isafjordur, but worth spending at least one night to see Dynjandi if the weather is bad on one of the two days you are there. I am not a fan of the single cover on a bed. It is easy to get too hot. I prefer a sheet and a blanket.

Room in newer section of hotel was good sized and very nice. Staff were very friendly. Location is great to get to wonderful Dynjandi waterfall.

Beware of check in times. The staff for check in is the same as the restaurant, so if the restaurant is busy, there will be no staff to check you in.

Nicely renovated and clean. One of the nicer hotels in the Westfjords, and conveniently located next to an N1 gas station.

The room was a good size. Beds & pillows were comfortable. I like the nightlight for each side of bed. They supplied robes which you can take along if you go to Hellalug, which is walkable or 5 minutes away. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, beans, homemade bread, sliced meats & cheeses, skyr and more!

The room was too narrow (small) for a double bed - you had to squeeze along the wall to reach the bed which was not really comfortable. The restaurant has good food but the prices are high. There are no other options around so come prepared ;)

Not so expensive but with "luxus hotel wibe", good breakfast, very tasty pizza you can buy for dinner. Also they have the tank station near the hotel. Ideal place if you are traveling around east half-island

Very specious rooms, recently renovated. Great place for stay if one plans to visit north west parts of Iceland. Petrol station and electric vehicle charging station. Restaurant with a small bar and happy hour meals which might be a nice bonus.

THE ALARM AT 4:35 AM!!!!!! That alarm was not included in our package and it shouldn't have happened.

Everything was beyond our expectation, staff very friendly and professional, easy to check in and out, good food, excellent hotel. Honestly, we didn't expect this level of confort, just by looking at the hotel photo.

We were there for two days and they didn't come to tidy up and empty the trash cans in the room.

The location is very good in terms of distances to places of interest. Beautiful and pleasant view.
