The hallway seems to make sound unnecessary loud. There is room for better soundproofing.

It was both clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Key code was convenient. Good value for money. It's my second stay and I'll stay here again.

Temperature controls hit and miss - there are temperature controls in the lobby that mean if you are in a ground floor apartment the heat still seeps into your room even if you turn it down. Pillows could have been firmer.

I have felt missing a kettle or something to get hot water for the coffee powder they provided inside room. The rest of things were perfect.

No interaction with staff as self check in. Went to youth hostel bar/restaurant owned by same family and staff there were great. Room has kettle and fridge but no tea and milk as other places have.

Fantastic location and warm and comfortable even when minus 15 deg C outside. Parking at back is free and accessible via main road.

Car parking is 200 meters away at Town Hall Advertised as having TV - we had two rooms and neither TV was tuned to access channels.

The woman who answered the phone had AWFUL customer service. When my partner called asking for a landmark she refused to help. He hung up the phone, we still couldn't figure it out. Then I called again and she picked up the phone and did not say a word but instead redirected me to a Gentleman (Michael) who was GREAT. He was honestly the only reason we found the space, he offered many landmarks and assisted us in finding the parking lot. I did see some stains on the sheets as well but was too afraid to call front desk again. I would be quite hesitant booking this space again and its unfortunate because it was the one woman who made it a bad experience. Hopefully Michael is the one who picks up the phone for anyone in need
