Cosy, clean and spacefull apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Sauna and jaccuzzi. Delisious food in restaurant. II do reccomend. Super !!!

The cottage had closet space but lacked drawers for clothing. We stayed three nights and unpacked our bags. Had to find unusual places to store clothing.

Great location for exploring west Iceland. We had a full breakfast at the hotel twice and dinner once. Both very good.

Great location, the room had everything we needed for the overnight stay along the ring road. Staff (Martin) was exceptional providing us with information and food in the restaurant was great too.

Our family room was nice, with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the washing & drying machine, a very rare equipment in Iceland's guesthouses ! Our kids were happy to use the hot pool before dinner.

This place was a our favorite - with clean comfy beds, a stunning room and balcony overlooking the river, wonderful kitchen area with all the comforts of home. Bathroom was roomy and clean.

Room was clean and set up logically, the deck was nice, sauna and hot tub fabulous! And it’s located right next to a river and I saw several birds and salmon and even a mink! The worker was friendly and helpful and made us a wonderful breakfast.

It's hard to control water escaping under the shower doors and getting everywhere.

Check in was pretty simple and the staff walked us through everything. There is lots of free parking. The views were so beautiful from the parking lot. They even have picnic benches and walking trails for you to enjoy the outside. I didn't expect a mini kitchen in the room but it makes sense since the nearest towns with food are like 20 minutes away.

No problems. What i would expect from a small facility out in the country. Breakfast was a bit pricey, even by Iceland standards.

Room was warm so needed to open window during the night and traffic noise could be heard disturbing sleep.

This property is located on a beautiful winding river in a very tranquil and quiet setting. Our room was spacious, included a clothes washer, fridge, microwave oven, and stovetop. The room was very clean and very comfortable for my wife, our adult daughter, and myself.

Cottage was quite hot because of the heating (normal in Iceland) and there was no AC. Shower was really small. The main road was right next to the building and at night there was some light pollution from the few cars passing by. No TV at the cottage (only rooms in the hotel) but we didn't need it.

Easily accessible with a car and perfect location to see the northern lights. Had a sauna and a jacuzzi at the back of the hotel for all the guests to use and the staff was very flexible with the times af usage. Cottage was a cozy little house with all around terrace and all the basic amenities. Parking was free and right in front of the cottage. Hotel offered breakfast and other meals for a fee but this time we only used our own kitchen for meals.

The shower door didn’t seal and every shower flooded the bathroom floor. Also, the trade off for the proximity to Ring Road was that you could hear quite a bit of traffic noise but we were so tired from our full day of exploring Iceland that it didn’t really bother us.

We stayed in a family room and it was plenty big enough for four of us. We were only there one night and the location right off ring road was terrific. Had we stayed longer than one night, the kitchen facilities would have been great. My daughter loved being able to use the sauna after a full day.

Nice quiet place, sauna and hot tub included. Well equipment kitchen, washing machine in bathroom, spacious car park. Friendly staff. I really recommend it.

Only complaint is shower wouldn’t close well so water went everywhere with each use.

Super clean facilities, plenty big enough for our family of 3. Beautiful views. It was great to have laundry and kitchen facilities in room! Not too far out of Reykjavík and decent location for day trips to Snæfellsnes and evening out to Rekholt.
