The wifi was pretty terrible, would have been an issue for me if we stayed more than one night. Everything else was amazing!

The host Anna was incredibly accommodating and helpful, as well as kind! The property was in a somewhat secluded but accessible location, so serene, and absolutely STUNNING views of the countryside and glacier! Sweet dog on the property who came to say hello in the morning; very accessible to Hofn. I would come stay here for a week if I could!

A gorgeous location sitting on a small hill rise with beautiful views. The cabin was amazing! So comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Kitchen area was excellent, all the towels were beautifully fresh smelling. Our favourite place we stayed in Iceland.

A laundry rack/ line would have been useful.

The property was one of two cabins set on a farm about 10mins drive from the town of Hofn. Anna was very nice and friendly. The cabin had breathtaking views of glaciers, mountains, the countryside and the sea. My kids loved the friendly horses and sheep. It was quiet and peaceful. The cabins were cosy. There was no TV and the WiFi was spotty but worked well after we informed Anna.

The property was spacious and had everything you needed. The view was spectacular and the beds were lovely and comfy. We were greeted when we arrived by a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome, even bringing the baby goat over to meet my young son. Nothing. This was one of the best places we have been in terms of charm, hospitality, and sheer tranquillity.

The place is a gem. We arrived and Anna, the owner, welcomed us, showed us the facilities, and explained the usual details. We were in unit 1 of two. Both units had views of the countryside, we could see three glaziers in the background and Icelandic horses nearby. Absolutely beautiful. Inside we had a complete apartment, spacious and very nicely decorated, warm, and with a fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets needed to cook a meal. The bed was very comfortable and the shower terrific. We also appreciated the coffee machine and the pods. The place was spotless. We loved the farm and wish we had stayed longer. Nearby Höfn is very nice and the local lobsters are delicious.

It’s a very nice, private, quiet cabin with a great view of the valley and glaciers. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and even a microwave. The shower is very good, and the beds are comfortable.
