Parking was not at all easy to find. Apart from that it’s a paid parking.

Best part was housecleaning which keeps your room clean and tidy daily. Guideline from reception for excursions and reservations with links were time saver. Reception was available 24/7 which was plus. Everything was perfect and didn’t missed d home.

Location is great with restaurants, supermarket ‘Bonus’ and all the gift shops at the Laugavegur Street. There is a small kitchen in the room which is well equipped with everything you need. And, there is a free laundry room which helps so much in our 6-day stay.

Great location. Complimentary orange juice, milk and coffee pods. We asked to switch a room and were accommodated. The bathroom/shower products were first class! The staff were very helpful and assisted or Sabbath/Shabbat restrictions.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable - and fantastically well equipped. The location was very central, so great for seeing the heart of the city during our short stopover.

View, location, bed arrangement. We needed separate beds for 3 adults which is hard to find. Our mini apartment had 2 twins and a pull out couch. That arrangement was perfect. We also appreciated the complementary milk, juice and coffee in the room. As well as the convenient microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. Our view of the harbor was a pleasant surprise.

We only received exactly 2 washcloths every day. There were days when we didn’t need to have our room cleaned so since they weren’t coming to our room we had to chase down the housekeeping staff to get clean washcloths. That wasn’t always easy.

This was probably the cleanest hotel/apartment we have ever stayed in. It was very modern, well appointed and had everything we could have possibly needed. The daily breakfast baskets contained more food than we could eat. The location was perfect! It was only a few yards from a bus stop where we were able to meet transportation for the excursions we booked.

Highly recommend this place! Absolutely excellent. Loved the bathroom products and the coffee pods. Bed was comfy and the shower was lovely and hot. The complimentary milk and orange juice was highly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again. :)

We loved everything!

Our apartment was perfect-nicely furnished and comfortable bed! The kitchen was stocked very well and the breakfast-wow! More food that we could eat so we had snacks and lunches! The fresh bread delivered every morning was wonderful! The staff was exceptional! They arranged for taxis whenever we needed them!

I liked everything!

Really comfortable room with a little kitchenette right near the heart of Reykjavik. Walking distance to all major attractions and very close to transport as well. I will stay here again on my next visit!

Breakfast was great, location excellent and the staff, especially Sigrun, were excellent too. Complimentary milk, juice tea and coffee was very welcome. Given that it is a cold country and heavy coats are worn, it would be useful for coat hooks as we struggled to get them in the wardrobe.
