Ground floor, looked in on by passers by, did not feel safe leaving apartment with windows open but hot and stuffy if windows closed. Thin walls, next to stairs and main exit door so a lot of noise from other guests coming and going.

Spacious clean and centrally located. Easy to book and to stay. Good communication from their team.

Would have been nice to have a chair or bench in the entryway for putting shoes on/off. Instructions talked about putting dishes in a dishwasher but there wasn’t a dishwasher but not a big deal for us. Also several DVDs to watch but no DVD player to use not that we were there to watch movies, just thought it was odd.

Location was perfect. It was central to most everything in the city or a quick walk away. Grocery store within a block.

Easy checkin and good information’s beforehand. Parking space included but there is a chance you get no space. Apartment has everything you need for a good stay.

Window didn’t open in one bedroom.

Beautiful apartment a few doors down from Kattakaffihúsið- which was a hit with my 2 boys. Nice open floor plan, kitchen with everything you need to make meals- and a Krónan grocery store a block away for groceries. Two bedrooms and big closets in one and in the hall. Nice bathroom and plenty of towels. Located In the city center so walking distance to everything you want to see and do in Reykjavik and parking in the back- I can’t say how perfect this place is for families.

The location was excellent - very central but also in a very quiet and safe area. The 1-bed apartment was a lot bigger than the photos. It was very spacious for 3-4 people. It was also very warm which was lovely to come home to after being out in the cold. I also had a few queries beforehand and the team helped me very quickly. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Took us a minute to figure out how to get in. We were sent a video showing how to get in, but our international roaming wasn’t working but we called the property and figured it out.

Room 302 have no dishwasher and no kitchen sponge for washing up. Shower head needs fixing. Generally clean but could do with new bed sheet

We had a few issues with the main building door which was very annoying, the code worked on the day of check in but didn’t work after that. On one day the manager reset the code but it only lasted an hour, we had to keep ringing the out of hours number for them to open the door which was stressful at 1am after coming back from a northern lights tour.

The property is in a brilliant location, everything is closely accessible. There is a supermarket round the corner which is not overly expensive. The property was beautiful and well kept, comfy beds and plenty of space. Couldn’t really ask for better, glad that we decided to go for an apartment rather than a hotel so that we had cooking facilities. Absolutely no issues with the apartment itself and would book again.

The only thing was the keypad to the apartment block and apartment. It was very sensitive and usually had several attempts to get in. It worked , and you have to be perseverance but could be frustrating

The electricity cut out when we first used the cooker and we couldn't locate the fuse box but we called the owners and they directed us to the fuse box. I would have liked a tray for use in the oven.

The shower, it leaked onto floor on us both, could have had some tea/coffee, hot chocolate/ milk sachets to start you up on arrival a a cup of tea on arrival is always nice instead of heading straight to shops first. As it advertises hotel apartment on door just thought that it could have been included.
