The location was a bit further from the central parts of town than we estimated, and taxis are hard to find in Florence. But we also appreciated the quiet neighborhood and great views.

Excellent hotel in Florence! The location is great – in the embassy district, which feels very safe and comfortable for walking around, and only about 10–15 minutes from the historic center (Santa Maria del Fiore). The hotel itself is stylish and beautifully designed – I especially liked the color scheme of the interiors. Guests can also enjoy the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options, and there’s also a bar available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our room was very comfortable. Normally I don’t like climate control systems because they work too strongly, but here the temperature was perfectly balanced. The bathroom was spotless, and the guest cosmetics were of great quality. Overall, a fantastic combination of quality, location, and price. Highly recommend this hotel!

The bathroom had a sewage tinge to it and there was no free water provided, given the pricing it would be expected. However, this is rather minor in the grand scheme of things.

The location was lovely and the service was exceptional. I appreciated the desire to call me about check in and the communication from the staff was excellent. The room was spacious and bathroom was excellent too.

If I had to pick something - there could have been more places in the bathroom to hang stuff or put your own shampoo etc.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. Very clean, rooms were quite big and quiet, and had blackout curtains which guaranteed a great rest. The beds were also extremely comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and great quality. The staff was really nice, helped us with everything, and had great restaurant recommendations.

The location is required to taxi in and out. But it is worth the effort

Everything was top-notch and luxuriously furnished with an architectural touch. I love the design and functionality of the room, bathroom, and overall decor. The staff are amazing and attentive. Breakfast was a fantastic spread in the living room with a view too. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the roof top... But would definitely return to check it out. BTW, the location is the best Florentine experience being next to the river Arno. It is a very safe area being next to the consulates. We were delighted with Valentina's help in mapping out a plan to maximise our one day stay in this Romantic city. Thanks for the practical help of Giovanni and the generous late check out too.

Everything was great.

An amazing hotel, wouldn't stay anywhere else! The staff is so kind and competent, the hotel is so clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are fantastic. The breakfast is a great selection with something for everyone and more importantly - very high quality. The location is also very good - about 15-20 mins from anywhere, there is light in the rooms and it is quiet. Already planning to return!

I have no words to describe the hospitality of this boutique hotel, amazing! So many nice small details in the room each day, from a small mat on each side of the bed before night followed by a small good night card and candies, new towels a few times a day, great scent of the room and the hall. We had a lovely 2 nights here and will be back for sure! A big plus for a reliable valet parking. They conveniently let you park your car in front of the hotel and call guys from the garage to pick it up and drive away to the garage, and when you need it again just let them now 40ish minutes before and the car awaits you in front!

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming – always ready for a friendly chat and they serve the best Aperol in town! The room was modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The welcome with a chilled rosé was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located on the 4th floor with views over the Arno river. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast has a large variety of options from continental to cooked breakfasts. This hotel is great value for money and a very convenient and quiet location.
