Kit provided includes two shower caps, soap, ONE small bottle of body wash and ONE tooth brush - for two people is not enough to wash , especially during a warm day. Next day four more bottles were provided.

Check-in instructions were overly complicated. We received multiple emails from Booking.com and the host. We screened for properties with parking as we were driving. And the property was at an address with no parking, check-in was at another location, we were sent to a third location for parking, and then sent to the wrong address for the room, we were very frustrated by this time, and were offered breakfast, but our overall takeaway was to NEVER book anything through booking.com.

It was a comfortable space. Bed was super comfy. There was a wine opener, mini-fridge, AC worked well, elevator to 4th floor.

The accommodation itself is very good, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. What is not practical at all are the reception hours, which are also not located in the same building. The reception is open from 9:30 AM to 12 PM and in the afternoon from 3:30 PM to 5 PM. I believe most people staying there are going to Cinque Terre, but with these hours, it's difficult to use the "service" of leaving luggage before or after going to the villages. We ended up having to come back earlier because of this, in order to pick up our bags. Later, I saw that on the main street there is a luggage storage service, something I wouldn't even consider if it weren't for the very short reception hours.

The room and bathroom is modern and nice although quite small. A large suitcase is a problem. The room is one of five in what appears to be a converted apartment. Access to the room on the third floor is via stairs or a tiny elevator. Breakfast is in a cafe down the road, which was nice. Parking in the area is very difficult. Some pay spots exist if you’re lucky enough to get one while the rest is for residents with permits. We never met the host and only communicated via WhatsApp, but that worked fine.

The host was wonderful, providing us information and an iron when we requested one. The room was very clean and located in a perfect spot in La Spezia. Security entrance and lift and small balcony. Tea making facilities and a welcome bundle.

Nothing much we don’t like .. if I have to mention one point it would be that the kettle is not cleaned, I believed it has calcium stains.

Perfect location near to the walking streets, convenient stores, shopping and lotsa eateries. Room is comfortable for two but could be challenging if they have more than 1 big luggage to be opened..

The mattress wasn't very comfy, cleanliness wasn't on point, but Valentina was very reactive to fix things.

We liked the Location in a calm neighborhood, a close walking distance from the train station Basically it is a room with a minibar, closet, a desk and a bathroom/shower - Basics for a short trip Coffee, tea and a kettle were perfect to settle in.
