Great location, helpful host, clean room, all necessary was in the room, including a hairdryer and iron. There is a shop nearby which is convenient. The district itself is silent and beautiful.

Water pressure in the shower was perhaps a bit too low (for Scandinavian standards). But we heard that in Rome in general the low water pressure is quite common.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chiara, Lorenzo, and to the cleaning lady. The room was super clean and quiet, and air conditioning worked well. Location is convenient, 500m to Lepanto metro station. There is a supermarket just across the street, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Prati is a beautiful, quiet, and safe area to stay in.

Absolutely immaculate!!! They think of everything. The detail to the comfort of their guests is incredibile. Great location. Very kind and helpful staff. They make it feel like a five star resort! And I had no problem with the WiFi as others have said. This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in all of Italy! I hesitate to say more because I know after this posting I’ll never be able to get a booking. It will be full. But truly they deserve it. Grazie mille Riccardo.

We spend 6 nights there and it was amazing !! The owner was very friendly and helpfull. He gave us information about everything we wanted to know about our trip to Rome. The room was cozy, comfy and very very clean !! The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful. Definitely the best choice we made for our accommodation! We will come back for sure on our next trip !! The service from Lorenzo was excellent, he was extremely helpful and assisted us in every way. He suggested restaurants and cafes to eat at, which we did and were great! Nothing was too much trouble. His sister Chiara was just as helpful. We would definitely stay there again! 😊

The location of the place is simply amazing, easy access to any part of Rome, and a walking distance to many of the main attractions and locations, and just far enough so you don’t get overwhelmed crowdedness of downtown Rome. The hosts or managers were amazing, friendly supportive and super helpful. The services they offer is perfect for what’s needed, it’s not overbearing, giving me enough space to enjoy and relax.

The room is in a great location - 7 minutes walk from metro,bus or tram (depends on what you choose to take). It was clean and they cleaned and changed our towels every day! Mattress and pillows were perfect! The stuff was very helpful and nice. We’d definitely come back and recommend for stay!

+ good location for visiting Rome center(~30 min walking) + Perfect choice if you want to be close to Olimpico Stadio + quiet Area + building has a garden/patio that can be used by tenants +Carrefour shop right next to the building +clean and very friendly staff! We arrived earlier and they were very kind and helped us check in faster. +would come back to stay here when in Rome.

The rooms could do with some sound proofing both to the other rooms and to the outside aswell as a normal chair at the desk but overall it's very good. If I were to return to Rome and I hope I am I would gladly stay here again.

I stayed for a week. The location has good rooms with friendly and helpful staff. The bed is comfortable and it's near public transport in a very safe neighborhood. When I arrived the shower was broken. This was quickly fixed.
