Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaIt was a lovely new architectural designed loft apartment. Spacious and had all modern amenities. Great shower and comfortable bed. Lovely little deck which was great for breakfast. Good to have a washing machine when you’ve been travelling for awhile. Alessandro was a courteous and generous host.

United StatesThis apartment is pure perfection and exceeds the images. As a designer, I appreciate its stunning renovation so thoughtfully created in every detail, I’d live in it! You can’t beat the location, terrace with views of Umbria, very comfortable bed, large, beautiful bathroom with enormous shower, super clean and light filled retreat, but Alessandro greeting us at the train station was above and beyond. He’s a highly thoughtful, responsive as needed and kind host, and the spacious, stunning apartment is sublime!

AustraliaWe liked everything. It was ideal.
Accommodation and hospitality were exceptional. The apartment Is an exemplar of Italian under-stated interior design and attention to detail. It is in the centre of Spoleto. The host was generous, thoughtful, considerate, and informative. He went out of his way on many occasions. The combination provided an environment in which we could fully enjoy the considerable attractions of Spoleto. It all made for a memorable stay.

AustraliaWe missed having a towel rail in the bathroom though this was a minor inconvenience.
Spoleto is a great location for any tourist though it is very difficult to access by Car because of its narrow streets. That’s why it was fantastic that Alessandro met us at the station and took us directly to Nadia. The apartment itself is fantastic, very cleverly designed and is in a quiet though in a very central location. At the end of a busy day of touristing it was just lovely to come home to a nice shower great bathroom and have a good kitchen. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat.

United KingdomCasia Nadia is a luxurious flat. The shower and fittings were high-end. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The bar stools in the kitchen area were comfortable. We appreciated the balcony. If you stood up, there was a view towards the mountains. It was two flights of stairs, but they were perfectly manageable. The flat was right in the middle of Spoleto.. Bars, restaurants, and the Mercato were a few minutes away. There was also a brilliant little grocer shop which sold lots of food, bread, fresh fruit and vegetables. Alimentaria ? In Italian. Our hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations.

United StatesThis feedback is meant ONLY to inform, not to criticize. First - please note that the parking is exceptionally far away. There is a "moving walkway" but we found it challenging to drag our bags up these. This may have been clear in the listing, but we missed it if so! Second - the bathroom is IN the bedroom and has a clear wall to the shower. So if there is a 3rd person with you, they need to enter the bedroom to use it...and the other parties cannot be in there during showers. Again, just an FYI - otherwise, the bathroom is beautiful and clean and we LOVED the shower!! Third - there is currently a challenge with electricity and hot water. The host is aware of this and was VERY apologetic...but I think it's appropriate to mention. Power surges happen when very few things are in use (can't use heat and washer at the same time, for example). And the hot water runs out after one shower it seems. Again - the host is aware and actively working to address but I felt it was important to at least acknowledge.
This apartment was beautiful and impeccably clean and the host was kind and responsive. Overall, a beautiful apartment!
