There was no communication before arriving at the accommodation and we learned about the possibility of handing over the keys from the reviews on booking. The keys were handed over to us by the bar staff, but communication was almost impossible due to the language barrier - they only speak Italian. Based on this, we did not receive information about the WIFI password as well. The accommodation states a private beach in the description - the beach was public and we could not lie on the marked spot. At the same time, we would like to draw attention to the parking around the area - there is a zone for residents only, otherwise entry is prohibited and a fine from the local police! Furthermore, there was a non-working refrigerator in the room. If there was better communication from the host, I believe a lot of things could be improved.

The accommodation has a great location on the beach and also close to the city center. Great parking in a closed area with the possibility of a bar. The room was clean, well equipped including a balcony with seating.

The bedding, although very clean, could have been softer. Also the air con made a noise when on low fan, a blew a gale when on high! Minor points though as we were very pleased with the accommodation overall.

Location was fabulous and views terrific! Breakfast was a little sparse but great coffee and croissants so everyone was happy.

It was infested with ants and no WiFi and the shower leaked. Price outrageous for this poor quality of service.

This property was advertised as being an apartment with a kitchen, but the kitchen was non usable. There was a two burner stove, but not a single pot or pan, no dishes, no cups, no silverware. The sink wasn’t plumbed in and had no faucet, which was being hidden by a tray with an electric tea pot overtop. It wasn’t an apartment, it was a hotel room and it was not worth the price, even for being on the beach, especially considering it was the off-season.

The location was very nice, it was right on the beach. The place was clean and bed was comfortable.

This place was great! The owners of the property were super nice and helpful! Very secure with private, gated parking. Security cameras, security guard in area during night, etc. The property is very clean inside and outside! The beach attached was unfortunately full of seaweed due to a rare weather event a couple of weeks earlier but you can tell the beach is normally great! We walked to another beach, 2 minutes away, where they had cleaned up the seaweed and it was fantastic! Water was clean and warm! In walking distance to restaurants, shops. Highly recommended!

There was a sink but it wasn’t plumbed. There were no cups, sauces or utensils. When we arrived the fridge hadn’t been turned on. The shower although modern did not have a soap holder. The breakfast was very ordinary. There was no tap to wash your feet when leaving the beach before entering the accommodation. The accommodation is right on the beach however when we were there the beach was inundated with seaweed. The rotting stench was nauseating. Not the fault of the owners but travellers should be aware and it could be a seasonal thing but very unpleasant. We booked three nights but left after 2.

Very modern and new. Sea view, large room and bathroom, excellent shower and a beach side bar downstairs (excellent spritz). While for us Torre Cane was more expensive than usual, this was still good value for money because of the size and quality of the room and the sea view. Also lovely people.

There is no sockets in the bedroom and kitchen sink doesn’t work as it’s not installed yet. Also because it’s new it feels a bit raw but some rugs and cosy lighting will do the trick. Apart from that all was perfect

Absolutely amazing views waking up and seeing the sea from my bed was amazing. The property is very new and clean with beautiful balconies and lovely beach cafe that is right on the beach too. The host was very lovely communicating and making sure all is going well. I mean what a breath of fresh air after terrible treatment and taking our money by Palazzo San Gregorio in Gallipoli this place was confirmation that people and the way they run their businesses is so important. Thank you for lovely experience. We will be back to this beautiful apartment that was called Ostuni
