You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyBreakfast starts only at 7 therefore if you are leaving before then, no breakfast. I would have preferred it started at 6 as in many hotels.
The location is super. There is a tram stop at 2 minutes walking and Garibaldi Station at 10 minutes walking. It is really well connected for those also coming or going to Malpensa. The staff was really nice and room was super. Clean and nice. It was also well isolated - didn't hear a thing all evening/night and I am a light sleeper.

Even though it was during Xmas time the rooms got hot I appreciate it’s winter however we were told completely different stories, it was only on checking out we found that they had shut the AC down as it’s winter but it would have been nice to know that before instead of us complaining all the time. Breakfast was good, however it was the same for the 7 days we stayed. Tbh if your visiting Milan due to work then it’s a great hotel.
Location was good literally the entry to the station is outside. It’s a smart hotel and rooms are a decent size and furnished well. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Safe hotel.

Hotel location is great, near by the Garibaldi area which is famous and convenient in Milan, metro and buses can going to every corner of Milan. The room is not big but clean, well organized by hotel stuff, the check-in and check-out is easy.
