While it was appreciated that there were new furnishings, the place still feels a bit dated for a 4 star hotel. Not able to close door to room after toilet completely (not the main door) as the vent will make noise.

Room was very big for 2 person and there were adequate supplies with room make up every day. Staff was nice and helpful especially when we had to check in earlier than stipulated time and check out early in the morning.

The bathroom. The shower was very dirty even though I bet it was cleaned. It was quite disgusting to be honest. The bathroom in itself had good utilities but still, very very used and not a clean shower.

The hotel was really lovely, extremely comfortable and with a very good sized room + a huge balcony. It was also extremely close to the metro and a supermarket, which was so convenient.

Only a short trip to the centre on the metro, but this was so easy to do.

The room was a great standard and they upgraded us for free. There was lots of things in the room like toiletries to use, amazing space and the view from our room was amazing.

Shower could have been cleaned slightly better but it wasn't terrible for sure. Wifi was not the fastest, it was pretty slow in fact.

Good location and plenty of restaurants in the area as well as supermarket with great variety of choices. Room was kept clean, so very satisfied with housekeeping. Walking distance to metro and just few minutes to Milano Centrale or Duomo.

Nothing to complain really, but if I had to nitpick, just that for two days straight the coffee packets were not refilled. Had to reach out to reception to get it refilled. But was addressed swiftly

The WiFi was very bad and had issues with room heating, I could not control the temperature and it would get very hot at night. Had to keep the balcony door a bit open to make the room temperature comfortable

The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and warm. It's about 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro and about 15 minutes train ride to DUOMO.

Location was not the best, quite a walking distance to the nearest metro station, and a little quiet at night. Quality of the beds can be improved, feels slightly worn out.

Spacious room with many racks and cabinets compartment for us to put our baggages and shopping goods. Generally clean. Staffs were very friendly especially the night staffs at the reception, always greet us whenever we walked into the hotel and services were very swift and efficient.

A little dated and the room tea and coffee facilities were lacking a little but didn’t affect the overall stay

The perfect location for a weekend in Milan. Minutes from from the metro. Stunning fresh breakfast with lots of options. The staff are wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. We stayed on the 5th floor and had views of the alps from the balcony.
