The rooms are not acoustically sealed and we could of hear everything from the rooms near our door. Breakfast and coffee was awful. The shower is way too small and uncomfortable (no place to put shampoo and soap), no place for toilet paper!! . I would expect from a hotel that cost almost 90 euros a night to have better facilities and breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bus station to Venice was very close, so it’s very easy to reach the city in a few minutes. AC worked great, comfortable bed. 12 min walk from the central station

The rooms on Booking.com looked way better than ours For 170 € for 2 nights it really was a huge disappointment but what to expect in "Venice" Every time I returned back to the hotel, I had to fill in the password for the Wi-Fi again (DL 2,77 Mbit, UL 6,72 Mbit, latency 349 ms) Not enough savoury choices for the breakfast (no eggs, no sausages, just one kind of ham, mortadella, cheese and bread) Noisy tram at night (I am used to it from home but this information might be useful for you)

Very nice, kind and helpful staff Supermarket nearby Not that far from Mestre train station, close to public transportation Very good red orange juice for breakfast

There are mosquito in the room. A little smell in the room. Voice can b heard from other rooms. The sewage system of the upper rooms has very high sound in the ceiling of the toilet

The location is in center, can easily reach Venice by bus and metro passing in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good. Bed is comfort. Restaurant and housekeeping staff are friendly.

Quiet location, less than 10 mins walk from Mestre Rail Station or center of Mestre, easy to get to central Venice by bus / tram; Very helpful and proactive staff e.g. up-to-date transport advice; Venice and islands were so interesting, Mestre center calm to return-to in the evening.

We did not like the cigarette smell in our room. Our room was non-smoking, but whenever the air conditioner / heater was on the smell of cigarette filled the room. We had to keep it off. Other than that, we liked everything.

I liked the gentleness of the staff. They were very kind in buying bus tickets to us and giving recommendations, storing our luggage, etc. Breakfast is good as well.

The holder for the shower was placed on the bath edge - e.g. you had to hold it in one hand when taking a shower which is not that comfortable... One can be used to have Schwarz Coffee at a hotel breakfast but in Italy :)

Well, the hotel is very ok. The Staff was very helpful and nice, very polite. They can explain and advice on the best roots to go to Venice and even sell you the right tickets on the reception The room we had was big enough, clean and with comfortable bed, The bathroom is clean, equipped with all and big (and that is very unusual for an Italian hotel) The breakfast is served in the basement - not many things to choose from but enough to keep you fed - cheese and salami great, fresh croissants baked on the spot. The location is very good - few minutes to the bus station to Venice and like 15min walk from the train station. The street is central and despite trams and buses on it - not noisy, the neighbouring area is quite ok, with a few decent places to eat. The Mestre center is also like 15min walk. If you are looking for a more price-wise location to sleep when visiting Venice - I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. It was very convenient being able to purchase public transportation tickets at the front desk as well as having the bus and tram stops nearby. Everything is good.

Hotel location is excellent, it is easy to get to both island of Venice and center of Mestre. The room is very comfortable, staff is very kind, breakfast is simple but fresh.

The bed was so comfortable and me and my partner slept beautifully for 4 nights! Clean bathroom / lovely receptionist. Within walking distances to tram/buses to Venice.

There wasn't a shower curtain, so when you take a shower you will inevitable wet the floor of the bathroom.

The room was clean, the stuff friendly and the breakfast good: the croissants are baked on the premises producing a very nice smell in the morning. The hotel is in walking range from the Mestre Central Station (about 15 min), from where you can take the train to Venice or the bus - I would recommend you take the train as it is more comfy than the bus. Also Mestre downtown is very close (walking range) from the Hotel. Here there are some nice place to eat your dinner.

The location of the hotel is great,. You can walk to the city center of Mestre where are many shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop 100 meter from the hotel which brings you to Venice in 10 minutes. In the morning they served a delicious breakfast with fresh bread and juice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When it started raining we could borrow umbrella's from the reception. The room had a good size, was clean and included everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. Especially if you're planning to visit Venice.

    Ventilation was slightly too noisy.

Closeness to bus station to Venice, though buses to Venice were all always full. Good location overall when staying outside of Venice islands. Especially liked the croissants at breakfast, these were always fresh and delicious. Service quick and very helpful, especially when recommending to buy bus+ferry 2-3 day tickets, which turned out to be very cost-effective solution.

Small building, own parking, quiet neighborhood, close to the city center. Warm pastry with good coffee for breakfast and red orange juice - perfect start of a day!

Very poor WiFi, it was almost impossible to connect and obtain IP from the rooms on the second floor. I had to go to the lobby and even there the Internet connection was slow. The breakfast was very disappointing. This is definitely the worst breakfast I have ever had in a 3* hotel. Just bread, butter, a small amount of crema cheese, a croissant, yogurt, coffee or tea. Forget about vegetables, forget about meat. There was no safe-deposit box in the room. The bathroom towels had a strange and an unpleasant smell.

All the people working in the hotel were very nice and friendly. They all speak English and were very helpful. The location of the hotel is very good as it is situated near the center of Mestre and not far away from the railway station. With a tram you can visit the historical center of Venice in about 30min. From the railway station you easily get on a train to Padua or Verona. The room was clean (expect for the strange smell of the bathroom towels) and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was poor (just some croissants, gem and coffee, apple); should be added some vegetable, ham, cheese, eggs. Hot water was not so hot.

    Good location (100m to bus station to Venice); Big room, comfortable bed; Friendly receptionist who shared a lot of useful information on how to get to Venice or to the airport;

Breakfast is "continental". We could use a bigger closet inthe room.

This is a nice place to stay while visiting Venice, Lido and Mestre itself. The hotel is located on the main street, 800 meters from Mestre center snd 900 meters from the train station (less than 10min walk each). The room was big and comfort, very clean. Hotel staff were VERY HELPFUL with tips and guidelines. There are plenty shops nearby and easy trabsportation to Venice.

    Nothing

Keeping in mind that this hotel is in Mestre it worked extremely well for us. We wanted to visit other towns in Italy but needed to be near Venice to embark on a cruise. The bus and tram to Venice are on the same road. The train station 800m away. An easy walk. The room was quiet. We could experience a normal Italian town.

Beds were quite small, so we both struggled to get comfortable and was worried we might fall out of bed if we turned over! Other then that, our stay was fab!

Breakfast was nice, simple european breakfast, yoghurts, croissants etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to the bus stop, buses are every 20 mins start early and finish late, there are buses at 4am, so you will not miss out seeing venice through the night, the staff will give you information on the bus times and sell tickets for the bus too, takes 10 mins to get into venice. Rooms clean and were cleaned every day. Rooms comfortable, faced the street and was quiet.

Staff is very nice and helpful. We could leave our baggages the day of check out. Room is clean and well equipped with a confortable bed. Good breakfast. Easy to find when arriving in Mestre Railway Station. Tramway a few minutes away to get to Venice. You can buy a vaporetto pass there to avoid queue on Venice and also tickets for Marco Polo airport. Good service.
