We really appreciated the warm welcome and kindness of the hostess and the directions she gave us :) Everything was really clear! The hotel is in a great location. You are in the Florence historic center, 2 minutes from the Duomo. And 5 minutes from all the other main attractions of Florence. Plus, you are next to the tram station and train station which is very practical when you arrive from the airport! It's very close to nice restaurants and cafes. The room was really clean, there was coffee and tea at our disposal. Everything was great!

Pillows were too hard. Queen bed was made by two connected single beds frame. The restroom sink light didn't work.

Location was great. Check in easy. Good value for money. Staff has been pretty nice. The room was pretty clean.

It's a little too close to everything. Lots of people coming and going to the train station and beggars.

Room was very nice, lots of plugs, bed was big and comfortable. Very clean, Location is convenient for the train station, the Central Market, and many top sights to see. The balcony for the room is nice, it doesn't overlook anything interesting but it's nice to open it and get some fresh air.

The place is really close to the train station, mercato centrale, etc. The staff was amazing giving us tips on where to eat and for letting us storage out luggages both at the check in and check out. 10/10!!!

Only improvement is having some cutlery and basic kitchenette facilities, such as microwave.

Location was excellent, right next to the train station. Lift available for heavy suitcases. Staff working there was extremely friendly and helpful, when we encountered an issue they amended it immediately. Though there is no staff on site they are easily reachable through WhatsApp. Room was very comfortable with a nice bathroom. Can store luggage until 830pm.

The only thing to mention is the pillow was hard, but I know it's of a personal preference. Nothing else, really.

Great location, beautiful and clean room! The staff was very responsive and super helpful. It was a bit chilly in the room and they helped us to regulate the AC right after I reached out to them (it needed a little bit extra time to get going).

The room was clean and big. The bed was so comfortable. Climate control was working good. The shower water was really hot. It is really in the center. You can go wherever you go easily. It is close to train station. max 5 min walking.

I was surprised that the elevator was very old, but I think it was a valuable experience for me because I usually do not have a chance to ride it in Japan.

I stayed two nights alone. I had sent a message in advance asking to leave my luggage before check-in. When I went to drop off my luggage, even though it was a little early, my room was ready and I was able to get in. Since my English is not very good, the front desk person was very polite and helpful, speaking in slow English. The double bed was very spacious and I was able to sleep very well. There was also a small refrigerator and a kettle, which made for a comfortable stay. The room was very well cleaned. They were very helpful and were willing to keep our luggage after check-out.

It was a little tricky to find the location for check-in without mobile phone data (not always available for international travelers) - not the hotel’s fault at all, but the building sign doesn’t stand out, the lobby is on second floor, and the google map screenshot I had saved seemed unclear. Just would advise future visitors to write down or print everything they need to know in advance! Once there, the staff gave excellent instructions on how to get to the room.
