No outdoor space but great value for money

A great location if staying in Riomaggiore - not too many steps to climb up bonus! Room was fairly basic but had everything we needed for a short stay. Staff were super helpful didn’t mind us leaving our bags, good recommendations and discounts with local restaurant/bar.

The room was great - I hadn't quite understood that this is a company which owns several rooms and apartments across Riomaggiore. The reception is half way up the hill but the room I was staying in was further down, near the station. It was very conveniently located & was bigger than I expected. Huge double bed, good aircon and functional bathroom.

The fridge in the room was useless and needs replacing as it’s virtually warm. Although it’s not advertised, I would look into offering WIFI in the rooms and not just the reception. Also, some advice, I would recommend getting some signs for the doors, like ‘please make up/clean my room’ as my room was cleaned every day (which was great 😊) but it was not necessary and you could save money and time with this.

Perfect location in the centre of Riomaggiore. You couldn’t be better placed to explore the area. The room was lovely with a great view of the rooftops in Riomaggiore! The staff were very kind and I had a very nice stay.

The room is small - wasn’t a problem for us, but something to be aware of. No lift access, something to be aware of with heavy bags.

Had a kitchen with no utensils to cook, though it didn’t mention a kitchen in Facilties that where provided so can’t be too upset there. Location was at the top of the hill also so quite a strenuous walk.

The location was great especially for the price. The room is also a decent size and the bed was more comfortable than expected.

The room’s door was a little tricky to open and close, but once you get it everything is ok

The staff was very kind, quiet room, nice view, towels, soap, big mirrors both room and bathroom, comfortable bed and option to store our bags after check out. that was really helpful.

You could hear the bathroom of the next room quite loudly which wasn't great. Thankfully they weren't in the bathroom very late, although I could see how that might not be the case for everyone who stays in my exact room. The stairs to get to the room were quite steep which isn't a large negative but just something to be aware of.

LOVED the "roofing" in the room. i thought the rock and wood were super unique and added a cool, cave-like touch to room. Was surprisingly more spacious than the photos led on. Enjoyed how wide the bed felt. The water pressure in the bathroom was amazing. Amazing location that was right in the center of town. The host/ worker at the reception desk was so sweet and helpful. Even though we checked in quite late in the middle of the night, the instructions left for us to find the room were incredibly easy to understand.

The bed was too hard as well as the pillow. As the hotel did not offer breakfast I had to go elsewhere to look for it- minor challenges! There were no international TV channels available only local ones...High price but I suppose that is the season & supply/demand that concludes this on a daily basis.

The hotel is charming but now view, however in a great location- near everything! The room was very clean, complimentary coffee in the room. The day upon arrival I was able to store my luggage with them while hiking. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Room is small without lots of natural light (as advertised/expected) but Cinque Terre is beautiful and we weren't there for the room
