As a location, if you don’t have access to your own vehicle getting to and out of the hotel requires a taxi.

The property was beautiful and a great place to power down and relax. The pool was lovely, as was the food and great staff.

Didn't understand why I had to buy and wear a swimming cap when others in the pool didn't. Dirt and leaves everywhere around the pool could have been looked after better. Location was not ideal for us as we needed to get into naples and didn't realise the costings involved for a taxi.

The staff were fantastic. Nothing was a problem and they were happy to help. Room was very clean and comfortable and easy accessible

We had extreme poor wifi in our room. Even though the room was close to the reception and staff provided us with the wifi password from the staff network is remained very bad. I had to sit on the doorstep of my room in order to receive wifi signal sufficient enough to have my email working.. Tv was very small in the room. (my 15 inch laptop screen was bigger but since I did not have wifi the laptop proved no alternative for the Tv).

No kettle in the room Very small TV screen with only Italian channels. we didn't use it at all. Despite the room is quite big, the shower space is very narrow

The shower head needs replacement and the AC does not necessarily reach the bed as it was in the loft. May need to rethink the location of the bed.

For northern person, breakfast was bit too ”Italian”. only sweets available. But they were tasty

The hotel was lovely, we had 3 night stay. The gardens surrounding hotel was beautiful. The location wasn't that great its around 10mins away from Pozzuoli, so if you don't have car need money for taxis, (day-night) tarif.

Did not feel like a four star hotel, the bathroom was unclean especially the shower cubicle. Lack of amenities in the bathroom. The room had damage on the skirting board. No real blanket on bed, there was another blanket in the wardrobe but I wasn’t confident this was clean. Breakfast buffet was limited and eggs were cold.

The grounds were nice and there was a security gate at the entrance. Reception staff spoke english and we were able to communicate with them.

Restaurant on the pricey side compared to the average prices in the area, but can be expected.

Nice hotel located near Pozzuoli. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The hot tub was a good addition and the shower was lovely (much better than the apartment we rented in Pozzuoli center). The pool would be excellent in the summer, but it was a little too cold for swimming in November. Ideally you should have a car if you're coming to this hotel, the site is next to a motorway on the outskirts of Pozzuoli and has good links to Naples overall (by car/train etc). Good on-site parking. Breakfast was nice and served as a buffet with friendly waitress that will serve you hot drinks. Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 10 AM. There will always be staff available to open the front-gate at any hour of the day, which was a big plus for us.
