Very nice and quiet site amongst the fields. Mezzanine configuration is very useful and a hidden kitchenette is very practical! Pity we could not meet the owners to thank them for our stay.

Actually nothing. Everything was like expected.

It was clean and big. It has a huge garden. The little kitchonnette was perfect. It was really silent at night. Easy check in and out.

The start and floor on the loft were very loud so you could easily wake up if someone walked around in the room.

the only drawback is, that the walls seem to be quite thin and one hears all from neighbouring rooms very clearly ( and very probable vice-versa ).

Location was perfect for our needs and in a very idyllic setting, arrival was uncomplicated, room was nice and very nice staff. Breakfast was absolutely worth the money...just can recommend to take that!

We were travelling with two mid-sized dogs, the place offered great surroundings for dog walks. It was also great for families and kids as there was a playground right in front of it. It was a little bit secluded, which was perfect for us. But not too secluded, pizza delivery still worked there :) The size of the studio was easily comfortable enough for a family of two adults, two teenagers and two dogs.

Unfortunately rooms are not very soundproof: we could hear every single noise next door, and having families with kids hosted at the same time was not ideal.

Location: quiet and remote, although it takes only 20 minutes cycling from the nearest train station. Cleaness: outstanding Staff: nice and caring, we were allowed to check out later than we would had been normally required and we were given some place in a garage where to park our bike Pet friendly: our cat enjoyed the room and the quietness very much!

Just stay away. First the directions are not the location. 3 different gps systems could not find. It’s so much farther than the app describes as location IS NOT CORRECT! Second a dangerous drive if arriving later and most likely no gps service. The room cabin is so basic it’s like a summer camp room. Which fyi, it is a summer camp with screaming kids early am. You get a message about this after you book! The ac only works if your right under it so you will just be in a sauna if not winter and forget the help or assistance from the proprietor. They absolutely ignore everything! Any reply to a question, to the direct phone came hours later. We asked for 1 fork; the only thing. Quite literally said sorry no! Just don’t put yourself in this disaster of a situation and let it be the kids camp it is! The WiFi is so low nothing loads. We left early as no files/work would go through. Should not be an b&b at all! We’ve traveled around the world staying at all types of locations, this having the worst mannered hosts ever experienced.

It’s the country. That’s it. On the way the gorgeous scenery and villas are stupendous. However when you arrive it’s just sad…

Very nice, spacious room on two levels, clean and comfortable in beautiful rural surroundings. We got a cheaper price because the property couldn't provide breakfast the week we visited, so cannot comment on that. Smooth checkin and checkout and good experience even though we didn't get to meet the hosts.
