The flies around the pool, but it's a working vineyard so I guess it's to be expected. We had the misfortune of the shower running cold one morning and evening we thought the water tank had just run cold from other guests but when I told them it was due to a small problem and fixed as soon as I told them, 20 mins later we had lovely hot showers! Toilet seat was a bit wobbly.

The views were outstanding the staff were fabulous! The wine delicious! The breakfast was good and typical continental, for me, i would've like boiled eggs and soft bread, e.g. ciabatta. There is a fabulous restaurant 2 mins walk called Ill Rustica and another 5 mins walk called Leonetto which had delicious pizza and a very pretty verander with lemons trees.

Everything was great, starting with the location, the rooms, the staff and the breakfast. There is a beautiful terrace with a stunning view over the real Tuscany( vineyards, cypresses and farms). It’s located a few km away from San Gimignano and other point of interests in Tuscany. To enjoy a full experience, you have to take also their tours on their winery.

Nothing! Everything exceeded our expectations!

Breakfast included local cheeses, baked goods. The view of the Tuscan hills and farms was spectacular from the breakfast room and the outdoor terrace. We signed up for a wine tour since this agritourismo had vineyards and olive trees. They processed the grapes, aged and bottled the wines on the property. We learned so much about the process of winemaking from Antonio and then went to the upper terrace for the tasting, which included our own individual plate of aperitivo. He also gave our group of 10 other guests a great presentation on the production of their olive oils. A great experience all round; the wines were amazing as were the aperitivo! There was a beautiful pool for guests to enjoy, with the same beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.

The only thing is that it’s difficult to get a taxi to and from Certaldo and it’s not walking distance so you kind of need a taxi.

Location and view were amazing. Couldn’t be better. We loved the wine tasting - very informative but also relaxed and pleasant. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We loved having an entire apartment. Lounging by the pool was lovely. Everything we could have asked for.

An excellent experience, thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic hospitality by the staff, great recommendations for local places. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Highly recommended to take a tour of the local winery. Also, a glass of wine costs around 3 euros, which means you can indulge to your heart's content. Wonderful rooms and in my opinion, the best value for a vacation in Tuscany

Too short stay!

What a wonderful stay in Cesani! The staff was so lovely and welcoming, helping us with e.g. restaurant reservations or with any other questions we had. The room was clean and the area lovely with nice views. Wish we would have more time to participate in the wine tasting they organised, since it seemed very nice.

The AC was slightly erratic and the beds were slightly uncomfortable, rest was great !

An all-women (atleast mostly) run place, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful! She even got us a reservation at the nearby home-run restaurant in the last minute. We also took a wine tour - the host was extremely knowledgeable and wines were delicious (brought back 3 with us) ! The breakfast spread was great too

Our stay at Agriturismo Cesani was wonderful! My husband, my daughter and I stayed there for few days and it was lovely! Marialuisa and her staff, Lorraina, Rikkaa, karina (sorry if my misspelled the names) was very helpful, kind and always happy to see us. The location was great! It was very close to San Gimignano and Certaldo. It was so peaceful! The wine was delicious and we had the best lasagna that was made by Marialuisa’s mom❤️

It was a beautiful location and the hosts were amazing. We loved our stay. They have a family owned restaurant around the corner that we walked to every night. You will need a car to get around though.

If you are a wine lover and looking for a place to stay in Tuscany- dont look further! Here you will enjoy some of the most delightful (and famous) wines from this region, while bathing in the swimming pool, overseeing Tuscany from above. The inHouse wine expert (damn, I forgot his name, but he's from nearby Certaldo) will bring you close to the customs and history of the region, in a unique manner.

The room was very small withouth any view or balcony/terrace BUT staff was wery helpful and we could change the room for 2 nights so we had to spend only one night in the original room. It was very nice from them and also how they andeled us. Thank you again. :-)

Everything was very nice, clean. Staff was very helpful, nice, calm and smiling. :-) The breakfast was also good (italian style), coffe was excellent. :-) Nice view on the breakfast terrace. We were also on wine tasting - Cesani's wine is better than we expected! The swimming pool was clean and nice, quiet. Very good to have a rest there in the afternoon after a city tour.

We loved everything but the mosquitoes— pack bug spray and you will be all good!

Beautiful location with warm, welcoming staff! We enjoyed a beautiful breakfast with stunning views. The wine tasting was well done and delicious. The pool was refreshing as well. Don’t miss Il Rustica restaurant for dinner—it is a family run operation only a one minute walk away. MariaLuisa and her family do a wonderful job all the way around.

The staff were very lovely and helpful! I personally had a bit of a nightmare getting to the place as my rental car broke down nearby. Kindly, the staff gave me instructions to self-check in late after I’d eventually got road assistance to take away the vehicle. After a very long evening, I managed to check in to the room at night which was very spacious and comfortable, and in the morning I was greeted with a lovely breakfast with brilliant views of Tuscany countryside. Marialuisa also very kindly gave me a lift to a nearby train station, where I was subsequently able to pick up a new rental car and continue my travels - they really care about their guests and I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful place!

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff. So beautifull view on olive and wine yards. Delicious typical Toscana lunch from owners. Very comfort beds and authentic apartments. The wine was excellent.
