The Agriturismo feel very underfounded and forgotten, like the best days are behind. Room - i understand that this is historical building, but at least the owner could make sure that for example the drawers weren't falling off the wardrobe! I got splinter in my hand! It doesn't take much to repair it. It should be at least usable. The cleaninnes inside the furniture was also questionable - if not nonexistent. The amount of dust was something I've never seen in the any hotel or guesthouse. As i understand, the only person on reception was one young girl working half time and half time going to school. In the middle of the season? She was absolutely nice and helpful, but she has no chance of taking care of the lot that big on her own. The appliances at the pool - everything torn and not exactly clean. The changing rooms and bathroom next to the pool - a repainting and solid cleaning would be helpful. Those are things that might not destroy the vacation, but certainly will make a guest ask themselves if the owners of the agriturismo are *really* seriously thinking about their guests wellbeing and the experience of staying in this place.

The area with the historical appeal. Feeling like we are in the old castle. The ambience is one of a kind. Big rooms with comfortable bed. Bathroom tiny, but usable. Nice pool, beautifuly planned garden. Absolutely splendid and unforgettable restaurant. The food is worth a trip on it's own! We were well fed, comfy, and the restaurant staff provided us with all what we needed. We're thankful for marvellous breakfasts and dinners, accompanied with great wine and helpful suggestions from the servers, the Chief, and most from the worderful lady who made sure we would be taken care of the best way as it is possible. Thank you! The view from the restaurant was also breathtaking.

The location was outstanding - with amazing views down to the Sieve valley. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable and the facilities were great - particularly the pool which was needed as it was so hot during our stay. The thing that made this stay remarkable was the amazing restaurant on site - the staff were so lovely and the food was fantastic; breathtaking views made it a very special experience.

This farm stay is up on the mountain which requires a bit driving, but it worthy of the drive. The room is clean, big, with king size ben. It is high up in the mountain with tranquility and panomrama excellent mountain view with nicely well maintained chateau, it's a pity that we can use the swimming pool, the temperature is too low even it is is open at time of our stay. I have to mention the breakfast, it is the best breakfast in our entire trip in Tuscany, the restaurant chef Giordan Orlando is really an excellent with passion on food, you will definite enjoy the breakfast prepared by him. Also, we have dinner to the restaurant on site, again the food and wine is so good, thanks to Giordan Orlando, we will find chance to return when we visit Florence again !

Everything was fine!

Despite the wet weather, we had a lovely, relaxing stay at Agriturismo Colognole. The view from the grounds is wonderful and the whole area is well-kept. My only criticism is that the room was on the small side but everything was clean and the bed was really comfy. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant. Before we arrived, we were told there was a special fixed menu for the evening we were there, and to be honest we were a bit skeptical but it turned out to be one of the best dinners we have ever had. Portions were very generous and the homemade pasta was divine. The wines paired with the dishes were all excellent. Complements to Orlando and Ana for the amazing food and hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious. There is a buffet with a variety of sweet and savoury options. Orlando's freshly-,made frittata was outstanding! We bought several Colognole wines to take home and olive oil is also available. We would definitely like to come back again and make use of the pool, which looks fantastic. Highly recommended!!

We didn't like the pressure a person of the stuff put on us on our arriving time. We communicated during the booking that we would arrive late but we had an exchange of very confusing and unconfortable messages were in the end we felt almost a sense of guilt for arriving at that time (around 9pm). When we arrived the person was very different and absolutely pleasent but we have remain with a bit of bitter taste. This has been a pity because the rest of the stuff has been more than amazing and, like written above, the place is really wonderful.

Agriturismo colognole is an absolutely charming rustic place. The room was very cozy. The breakfast was extraordinary, the best we had in our travel. The table was prepared with taste, the food displayed like in a baroque paint. We ate local products which were exposed and explained to us. The frittata, mascarpone and traditional coffee were to die for. Really a wonderful and enchanting place.

It was quite hot so proper air conditioning would have been a plus! There was a ventilator that helped.

I enjoyed every second of my stay at Colognole! Every view was spectacular, the rooms were spacious and perfectly clean, Manuela was super friendly and warm, and the pool was perfect to relax at. The absolute highlight was the restaurant. Ana and Orlando run a top notch place and we had the best culinary experience with them. They were super warm and offered such a comfortable atmosphere with the high quality food. Make sure to book your table with a few days notice :)

Fantastic place to enjoy Toscane. The restaurant is absolute top quality. Thank you Ana and Orlando for all the fantastic diners, super breakfast and the hospitality, every day. And Manuela for all the help, wine tasting etc. We felt at home from the first minute we stayed on Colognole. Our room was great, cleaned every day and with a nice view on the hills surrounding the place. The swimming pool is located in the garden and a great place to stay and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding. We hope to come back again

The window in the room was without a mosquito net, as a result there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room.

The quality of the food at breakfast was excellent, as well as the staff who are very friendly and helpful.
