Although it was very peaceful and quiet outside, there was a nonstop hissing sound in the room which did not bother us very much.

We were in the middle of a multi-stop car journey and property's location served the purpose. it was a very peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was good.

We can feel the great atmosphere, they are family business and they made this great feeling. The green garden and the breakfast was the best part. The girl of the recepcion recomend us an small town "Borghetto" was really good advice.

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. If you're traveling by car, it's a great location from where you can easily visit Borghetto and Parco Sigurtá, but also go to Gardaland and Movieland and still come back to this peaceful retreat after a long, adventurous day. The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, we also had a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast is delicious, it is worth getting up early to catch it (it was from 8-9:30).

This is the definition of vacation. The place was really nice and calm, just minutes away the magnificent village of Borghetto and Valeggio. All the rooms and common spaces are furnished with great taste and very clean & well mantained. The breakfast was excellent and featured homemade pastry and cakes, family owned business with very kind staff. Huge and free parking lot for cars.

No wifi Restaurant was closed for the 2 days I was there even though it said, on Booking.com that it would be open during my stay. Room was basic. Tiny TV with few channels. Not walking distance to town.

I asked for a late check-in after 6.30pm because we had a long trip ahead of us. The receptionist told me we had to be there at 6.30 at the latest and that there wasn’t another way. We have it on time but with a lot of stress. The receptionist was actually there the entire evening and it wouldn’t have been a big deal at all to give us the keys later 🤨 And when breakfast was finished I asked if my daughter could have one of the muffins which were still on the table and she was not very friendly about it and told me annoyed that breakfast was finished 🙄She finally let my daughter take it but it felt very uncomfortable. The place is charming, a little out of the way, but the receptionist (owner?) could be a lot more forthcoming and customer service oriented… Our demands were not outrageous… We wanted to buy some of the homemade products but actually didn’t because of her attitude.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of homemade options. We also had dinner in the evening and it was delicious! Great wine! Everything together a little expensive but worth it.

Room was very dark with lamps providing insufficient light. Wifi and phone network unavailable in the rooms (only works in breakfast areas or in the garden). We unfortunately did not feel very comfortable with the staff - they were absolutely wonderful with Italian guests but we felt they were quite cold with us (perhaps because we were English speakers?!). this really impacted our breakfast experience where due to COVID you need to ask the staff to serve you the food you select from the buffet. COVID Protocol Great but given the interaction we felt almost too uncomfortable to ask. It did not seem as if staff was happy to serve us :(
