Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Please, notice that there are men at work between farm and tram to Venice stop, so if you’re without car, it will be difficult to get there.
Very hospitable and friendly host! At check in gave us very detailed info about region, transport, sights etc, opened for us family shop with local food from their farm, the whole time was maximally positive) Apartments are ok, everything like in photo. Recommend!

Cozy, clean, comfortable. There are all the utensils for cooking. Also, you can buy right here melons of different varieties, watermelons, wine, olives, and many other delicacies. In a cozy gazebo, you can enjoy the Venetian sunset. It is very convenient to get to the free parking by car and take a streetcar to the island of Venice.

A large clean comfortable apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful, gave us plenty of information on visiting Venice. All details were taken care off, including mosquito spray.

Shame that no washing machine as there is a space and the plumbing already installed in the bathroom. Shame nowhere to dry clothes - a clotheshorse or a few hooks on the walls to dry clothes would be useful when staying for more than one night. Shame the TV volume blocked - we couldn't hear the dialogue, and we don't have any hearing issues. The sofa/ TV/ dining area could be better arranged so that you could sit on the sofa and watch TV - assuming that the volume issue is sorted.
Great location. Free off street parking within the grounds of this farm situated on the edge of the Venetian suburbs. Quiet location with views over surrounding fields and greenhouses, despite being a few minutes from Venice's Marco Polo Airport. Five minutes drive to metropolitan Venice tram stop (free parking) which takes you across the causeway to Venice's historical centre in about 40 minutes. Clean, comfortable, air conditioned accommodation. Farm shop with reasonably priced fruit and vegetables, good watermelon in summer. Good introduction from host about transport connections to Venice.

This place is own by very kind and helpful hosts. It is nice, clean and quiet there, and it is also close to Venice and other interesting towns (Padua, Verona). Various beaches are also reachable by car or public transport. It is also an organic vegetable and fruit farm, so we really appreciated products grown there.

There is only one AC is in entire apartment, unfortunately you can't turn it on even if you have opened any window in the apartment (including washroom window), It is weird. For cleaning, there is no vacuum machine available in the apartment.
The host is friendly and provides all information related to Venice and how to explore it. In addition, you can buy organic vegetables from his shop as well.

I like everything
Everything was perfect, thank you so much Gianni, you are the best host ever. Gianni helped my housband and me with two children a lot. He drove us to the station and bought the necessary at the store. The garden is beautiful and huge, just for children,as well as the apartment.Great place to relax, beautiful nature and peace and near Venice. See you again 😊

There's no such thing
The apartments were very clean and spacious, they had everything you need to the smallest detail. Good Wi-Fi, you can work remotely. Upon arrival, the owner spoke in great detail about the best parking lots, restaurants, shops. Advised a great itinerary for Venice. When we had a problem with the car the owner took his time and was very helpful

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain :)
It was so peacefu and beautiful. Out of the busy and crowded Venice but close enought to be comfortable to travel. Exactly what we needed. The owner was amazing, he showed us around and pick us up on the couple of occasions we were quite late coming back. Staff was very friendly and there wasn't anything we needed snd they didn't provided.
