Wifi in our room did not work. The bathroom is very simple.

It is in a very quiet area, fresh air and silence during the night. The breakfast is really exceptionally good and it is great to have it on a terrace. We could taste many different local food and all were delicious. In spite of not being in the centre, the public transport is quite good, with one bus one can get exactly to the centre. The hosts are very kind.

An old villa was next to the conference venue and close to the bus station to go to the city centre. Very neat place. The highlight of the stay was the breakfast where owners made you feel like being at grandparents place of the best childhood memory. Kind people serving delicious food!

Our room's fridge was a bit noisy, but we didn't need it so we turned it off.

Agriturismo Le Macine is an excellent place to stay in Florence. The room is spacious for two, the beds are comfortable and the place is quiet. There are also tables outside to read, eat and spend some time in the shade. The hosts prepare each day a generous breakfast banquet which we found delicious. Having been to both a city appartment and here, we prefered the quiet and beauty of the Tuscan outskirts to the bustling inner city. Agriturismo, as a concept, also helps a local family survive of agriculture.

The breakfast is a bit late at 8:30 am as we would like to make the most of the time there by going out earlier.

Breakfast is good with home cooked sweets and vegetables. The host is helpful with local information.

The room was quite large in the opposition to bathroom. Smell was really unpleasant but when we met the landlord, we forgot about all the inconveniences. He is very kind person who speaks english and gaves a lot of advices reagarding to the exploring the toscany. If you do not care about the convenience, but you want to see how the italish people live, this place is for you.

You are literally staying at a family's garden house, and have homemade breakfast prepared by the Nonna, and get a nice history lesson from Nonno. We got a handful of the most delicious plums from them. Nice, good value for the money in that area

Old smell in house

Breakfast not very varied but healthy, with local products. Excellent fresh pear juice. The host is very friendly, has many memories from the trip in Romania. A nice place to drink good house wine in the garden

The ambiance was good and homely in the countryside. It is far from city center but reachable.

Bedroom window is on the room so any car that passes can be heard. Bathroom window broken. You can also hear the people in the other apartment talking as only a door is in between. The other people from the apartment knocked on the door as my baby was crying while she was washing but their dog was barking non stop!

Old rustic place but clean and comfortable, very welcoming friendly hosts. They also recommended a good restaurant close by and owner of restaurant offered free delivery to the apartment. Good traditional breakfast in the room. private parking close by.

Value for money was great and it’s close to historical centre of Florence - sadly somehow one needs to drive quite detours to get to the centre due to traffic restrictions … but still 20 min and you are there

What an amazing Italian family - they compensate for any imperfections including mosquitoes:) . The breakfast was lovely with local products eloquently explained by nestor of the family - he also provided tens of stories about Tuscany and Florence - so we should have started the trip in Tuscany from his location :) .

Nothing it was great!

We loved the family and eating breakfast in their kitchen. We weren't in the main house but loved our accommodation. Florence is a bus ride away but we preferred to walk along the river not far from the property.

At this property we had the best experience. The room was nice, spacious, clean, characteristic. But the what made our stay the best was the lovely family as our hosts. They are so nice, friendly, helpful. Super welcoming we did not have this great experience anywhere in Italy. And the breakfast was superb! Food was delicious! And we loved the setting of it. Look forward to be back again one day. Thank you!!! :)

Some might find the bathroom for the room small + harder to move round in. Not enough time to do all the excellent suggestions!

So much history within the space and courtesy of the owners who are a very warm kind family and so open to connection and helping. The breakfast was one of the best ever, aubergine omelette, baked goodies. Fridge, Huge bed & wardrobe.
