Booking.com guest review guidelinesTo keep the rating score and review content relevant for your upcoming trip, we archive reviews older than 24 months.
Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This lets us know that our reviews come from real guests, like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or quiet room than someone who’s stayed at the property before?
We want you to share your story, both the good and the bad. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinion and experiences, which are critical in helping guests make well-informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, and are treated with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full, as quickly as possible, after being moderated to comply with Booking.com guidelines. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.
Once a review has been submitted, you can modify it by contacting Booking.com customer service.
We will use the same guidelines and standards for all user-generated content as well as the property replies to that content.
We will allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is that of a distributor of feedback from both guest and property.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc...).

눉So the place is not really a "country house" in the charming meaning of the word. It's some kind of sports facility with fotball fields, volley boll fields etc. As we hadn't studied the verona area well we also didn't know that that the south of verona isn't really all vinyards and beautiful nature, the hotel is more surrounded by various kind of industry. Worst thing about the stay though was that the pool was open for anyone that payed a couple of euros so it really filled up during the day and the place got really loud. The fact that the pool bar was playing a mix of 2 pac and Latin dance music on really loud volume didn't help. Don't know who I would recommend this establishment to, but it's probably nice if you are on a fotball camp with your team.
눇The good thing about the place was that it was a cheap and had a pool

눉The staff was friendly but their English is poor. Breakfast was tasty, but few we have to choose to drink coffee or tea... Too much mirids( bugs) in the room and bathroom.
눇The hotel is in quiet area, but a bit tricky to find it.

눉When arriving there the first impression was not nice welcome from the workers of Agriturismo Letizia. (They even did not say hello to us, although we said hello to them). We arrived from the backyard, and that was dirty, with a lot of trash everywhere. Getting there was not easy as well, but that was communicated in advance so we expected that at least. Only the owner spoke little English and according to him German (but actually we could not understand his German). He took our passports without saying a single word and then left us outside the building. Then he came back with the keys. Then we visited the room. It was not clean at all. I understand that there is no such thing to clean a room completely but it is much more than that. Everything was dirty. The garden was rubbishy as well. Cigarettes everywhere on the ground, trash, rubbish etc. Furthermore I wonder how old those pictures could be what they have on booking.com. I can see that few years ago this place must be like that on the pictures, nice and clean but not now. I understand that time has its affect on the equipment, but keeping clean environment is not the matter of that. Just near the volleyball field there was a lot of ruined chairs and rubbish. I could not have a shower neither because there was no warm water -although I was very patient as I stood there for 10 minutes, if it gets a bit warmer. In the afternoon the owner disappeared and when we wanted to go outside a lady-who did not speak any other languages except Italian- grabbed our room key from our hand and threw it into a drawer. We asked to give us back. To be honest I understand that there are places where this is the rule, but I cannot accept it in such a place where nobody stands at the reception desk. Every time when we went there, nobody was there, so anyone could have easily get out the keys. I was paying for the room here, I store money as well, I did not want anybody else to have key to my room.
