Everything. Highly recommended to book a dinner at the farmhouse on your last day to wrap up your stay. You’ll receive an amazing set menu of local food for 55€/p (you need to inform the staff one day in advance).

The wifi connection could have been stronger and there are a lot of wasps, harmless, but attracted to all of the food so constantly present; which i think is important to know for those who are scared or allergic.

This Agriturismo is close to everything you want and need, and at the same time is very peaceful. We were 10-15 minutes from beautiful beaches, restaurants and supermarkets! We were met on site promptly and even earlier than check in time by Valentina who is the lovely Owner&Manager! She explained all the things worth seeing and doing and even brought toys and games for my 18 month old! Valentina even provided cooler bags, freezer access and beach umbrellas that we could borrow/use during our stay. Breakfast with Franca is included and has a large variety of options, well presented, she is so gentle and makes a great cappuccino. Dinner is a fixed price per person, and you need to book in advance ; i suggest you come Hungry because they bring you a long tasting menu! The cleaning Team also always available, friendly and deliver a free bottle of water every day during summer which was much appreciated!

We absolutely loved the location which is completely set in nature on the hills of Cugnana with beautiful views surrounded by the sound of cicadas. For dinners, little towns (including Olbia) are all about 15-20 minutes away with a big choice of restaurants.The maisonnettes on the property were perfect as they allow you, if you wish to have food storage as they are equipped with a little kitchen if you wish to dine in. We chose to have breakfast included in our package and the breakfast was delicious, beds are comfortable and the is staff always ready to help in any way they can. Grazie Valentina! If you have a chance book the dinner of tipical sardinian foods on locations, it is phenomenal, lots and lots of food and wine for a flat rate prepared in house. Grazie a tutti per la vostra ospitalità e la vostra accoglienza calorosa. È stato perfetto!

This place was the highlight of all the accommodation I had one week travelling around Sardinia. Still peaceful and quite. Lovely staff - they kindly washed my clothes and prepared breakfast for me for a very early checkout. Initially I booked it for one night but I extended it for another two. Definitely a place to return. They have a restaurant there which I didn't try but the setting outside is nice. A chef has a little dog Mia who is the happiest dog I have ever seen, super friendly - you might be lucky to meet her.

Amazing remote setting but not far from Olbia at all. Easy of access. 10/10 breakfast. Very amenable (packed us breakfast the night before as we had to leave at 6am for a boating excursion). Very peaceful and beautiful place. All members of staff were reachable easily by phone and physically present when needed. The breakfasts were so tasty.

Everything was perfect. Junior Suite was in very isolated area with nice garden. The suite was fully equipped and very cozy. We tried a dinner in one evening and it was delicious.

Check in and out was messy. Contact with the owner was not easy, most times she was not around, aslno no respond on texts. The road to the place was very bumpy for the small car we had.

Great breakfast and even better dinner. Al selfmade products from the region. Anytime again. Location, nice and very calm surroundings al in short distance from the hectic of the coast smeralda. It was very nice coming tot this place at the end of the day.

Valentina was very helpful and friendly and gave proactive advice. We enjoyed the beautiful setting and the Nike rental. The breakfast was great, but sometimes there was no refill.

Because it was still low season, the restaurant was not yet open every day. But we got a great tip for another place nearby - lots of options a short drive away.

This was the nicest accomodation we had in our two week Sardinian vacation! Very clean and tasteful room, with also a mini kitchenette perfect for if you want to cook something simple yourself. Attention to detail in the room and lovely decoration. Mini patio just outside the room to enjoy, hammocks and gorgeous property grounds to relax at. Breakfast was delicious! We received a very warm welcome and great tips for the area from the host, Valentina. Stay here!

Absolutely our favorite place on our whole nine-day trip around Sardinia. Gorgeous stone house to stay in, like something out of a fairytale, but fully stocked with everything you would need, and the hosts could not have been more sweet, kind, and gracious. The food was unbelievable! Visiting cats, horses, goats, and donkeys, just made the trip all the more special. A wonderful peaceful hidden gem— but so close to the beaches and all that Olbia has to offer. Thank you, Valentina and Pietro!
