Very friendly staff. Spacious lodges with everything you need. There are several lodges but each off them has lots of space around them. Icecream and cold drinka are available all day to buy.

Beautiful place, very well cared for and maintained. Every possible facility is there, sometimes you just have to ask. The pool is very nice and clean. The tents are good equipped and also very clean. Spacious set-up, in the tent and outside. Beautiful area with a lot of animals. You can hear owls every night en watch firefly’s. The staff is amazing. They are so nice and helpful!

We loved the place. We were very lucky and we were alone. My dog and our children were able to play and run around the property in peace. The house was excellent, with everything we needed for our stay. Everything is very well thought out and nothing is missing. The girls at the reception were very nice and spoke perfect English.

The owner has three dogs (German shepherds) which he keeps in very small kennels. They hardly get outside and are just miserable. Hard to swallow for someone who looks forward to coming to a "pet friendly place" and is confronted with this suffering. Plus, the area around these poor dogs smells really bad.

It was far away from Lignano, but that is decision we made choosing price, quiet area and a lot of space over dostance to the sea. It was a little loud at night due to tractors driving around and walls through which you could hear averything (somehow not a problem at day time). It wasn't issue for me, but my housband does not sleep so deeply so it was an issue for him somehow.

The stay was excellent. The tents are really fully equipped, even better than many hotels around where you have to additionally pay for things like towels. We had everything we needed, towels where replaced anytime we needed, tents were cleaned as in a hotel. Kitchen was fully equipped, we did not missed anythinng. The bathroom was better than in hotels we saw or were in nearby. There was enough place in swimming pool as well as around it. That is really good place for a family to get rest and have fun together.

The main room was quite dark We missed some accessories to use the BBQ We were located in an outside extension (~500m further) so we were not close to the swimming pool - but bicycles were provided free of charge) Almost the end of the road, quite far from the beach (you need to drive 1/2h)

Nice swimming pools including 3 natural ones (bio lake) Very nice welcome package ; wine, jam, olive oil etc. Self service BBQ Very quiet place - and despite the area is close to a natural lagoon, there were very few mosquitos only :-) The personnel was very kind and sympathetic They produce and sell their own wine

Unfortunately the experience of staying in the quiet of the country was ruined for me by two independent guests dogs barking on the first two nights non-stop from 4:30am, and then some sort of farm machinery at 5am on the third night. So, no peaceful, country sleep in for us.

They need to change pathway of going to the top floor apartments. We have to walk past fola 1 and disturbs the other family. Otherwise the apartments are great!

Perfect location. At the end of May it was very quiet and pleasantly empty - no tourists around and very few even in Venice. Good access to sea (by car).

We were frustrated to see that the annex was quite distant from the pool area and central house area. Although it is close, it is necessary to rent a bicycle or go by car, and use the road where cars pass. It is not clear on the web the location of the annex, it is outside the land, separated without continuity from the house and central services such as the swimming pools. This makes you have to make a trip to get to and from the pool. They described a terrace with the apartment in the annex, but it turned out to be an entrance area through which other guests continually pass without any kind of privacy, which greatly limits the ability to enjoy breakfast or dinner outside. With a little imagination, they could give the terrace area privacy for the guests on the ground floor. We had guests upstairs with small children and the first three nights we woke up at 6:30 AM.

What we liked the most is the proximity to the lagoon and being able to see flamingo birds, various species of migratory birds, early in the morning, walking about 500m from the accommodation. My daughter really enjoyed the natural pool. There are activities with two monitors not only for young children but also for adolescents in the afternoon and at the end of the day, which is appreciated being away from a city on vacation. The receptionist and the electrician who came were super efficient in changing and repairing the air conditioning and the electric stove that did not work, although it was a Saturday they fixed it immediately.
