While the railway station is in walking distance (downhill arriving, uphill departing) - it’s along busy roads with no footpaths. Once on the train however, it’s easy access to Palermo or east towards Cefalu or south towards Agrigento.

We had a lovely welcome here and were really well looked after - a super relaxing stay with Wonderful food!!! We really enjoyed walking around the property, seeing the lemon, orange, olive & cactus and the beautiful view along the coast.

Perfect location from Palermo, I have a dog so it was great to walk and be next to nature yet only 25 minutes away from the centre.

Amazing villa with beautiful surrounding grounds full of olive and citrus trees. Our room was spacious, comfortable and full of amenities. Dinner was exquisite a great experience thanks to Marco and Ignazio. Last but not least a varied, tasty breakfast. I highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

During our stay there was construction site behind the fence near the swimmingpool - the noise was bothersome only for a few hours during the day; Overall, the apartment in good condition, but needs refreshing, especially the shower and clothes dryer;

You need a car to drive a bit, because the close city, is nothing special. There was a lot of locals using the pool, and they where really loudy, and took a lot of space.

The staff really made a relaxing environment, and the garden and view was beautiful. The pool was clean and the sun beds was cleaned every day. The breakfast lady was amazing, and if there was empty of something she would filll it up. The pool bar was open every day, even with few people there, making good panini and drinks. All the staff was really kind.

Resort-like location. Very nice swimming pool. Nice restaurant. Great location close to highway. We did not go to the seaside but used it to go in and out of Palermo. And it worked just fine. Staff was very helpful.

We thought the beach was just across the street, but you had to walk a bit and it was private beachclubs. There was also a public beach but it was rocky. Be aware that the pool is very crowded on Sundays as they have a lot of local day-guests.

The pool was very big and the poolarea very cozy. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was really good. The appartment spacious. A beautiful place with service in top.

Has the potential to be amazing but lacks the finishing detail. Rooms could be lovely but didn’t have the finish. Food delicious, but restaurant very quiet when we were there. Pool good but the seating lacks thought. Pretty gardens but a bit unkempt

The check-out wasn’t exactly nice, we were asked to leave our room earlier, and as they already have early check-out times, it wasn’t pleasant. And I had to look for someone in the breakfast rooms to make a check-out, because no-one was at reception.

We stayed here only for one night before leaving Sicily and unfortunately it was a rainy day so we could not take advantage of the pool which looked nice. We were disappointed by the staff which did not seem welcoming at all. They were not rude they just seemed like they just want to get over with introducing us to the property as soon as possible. We expected more hospitality from agritourism stay.

The location was nice, the accommodation is surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. Although due to rain we did not use the pool, it looked nice.

shower is small and with those awful doors on an angle that never close properly and leek water all over the floor !! a little too rustic for me but my partner loved that. just goes to show.

Non-functioning electricity for oven, missing of kitchen cleaning utilities, emptying of trash and new towels only 2 times in 5 days, no cleaning of floor or making of bed sheets whatsoever, no functioning corkscrew for wine.

We really enjoyed, the breakfast, the pool, the air conditioning in the apartment, the closeness to the beach and café.

The local Supermarket was a 40 min walk away. The Wifi in the apartment was non existent and mobile signal was not good either. The local beach was not great either.

Location was superb, just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. The pool was great and the staff were excellent. The walk to local restaurants and train station was not too far.

It's a bit off so you really need a car to get to something interesting to see or good beaches.

Big rooms with bedroom upstairs and kitchen/sitting area downstairs. Pool itself not the nicest we encountered during our travel around the island so didn't really tempt us to a whole day in the pool area, but nice for a swim in the afternoon when you get back to the hotel. Nice restaurant, especially the outside area.

- People not always available at the reception, sometimes you have to go and find them- did not feel very warmly welcomed, maybe the language barrier - Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced for what it was, given that you can already get something nice at the local bakery for 5 euros. I expected something really fantastic for that price with a broader range of local products, especially since it was an agroturismo. - Wifi not very strong - The flipside of this kind of location is you will need a car to reach places where a bit more happens

The place is very charming, beautiful old buildings, amazing atmosphere and wonderful scenery, great pool, a pleasure for the eyes to wake up in there every day. Good breakfast and attentive service at breakfast. Parking facilities, very comfortable, and any issues we had were quickly fixed.

The terrace shown in the photos is not longer accessible which was a real disappointment.

Beautiful old farmhouse and Villa set in a farmyard surrounded by fruit trees. The staff and especially Daniele went beyond expectations regarding service and made our stay even more worthwhile. The restaurant serves fine dining creative dishes for very good value.

We didn't eat here but because we didn't have enough time. Nothing to do with the agriturismo but disappointing and sad to see overspilled rubbish by the seafront and pavement.

It's a beautiful agriturismo. Surrounded by Olive trees, orange and lemon trees, the place is simply beautiful, clean, peaceful. We had a spacious room, and enjoyed a quiet swim in the pool which is also surrounded by olive trees. There is free parking space, and la Rotonda restaurant is at walking distance overlooking the sea. A truly Sicilian feeling. The Ukrainian housekeeper is lovely and we wish her all the best in this turbolent moment. All the staff is helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
