The staff were all very pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. The check-in was quick and our room was ready early, the concierge even took us to our room. We had a late flight the next day and the hotel stored our luggage for the whole day.

The moment after payment for reservation in booking system for the hotel I received a fishing mail with warning that I have to pay immediately. Scary feeling when you imagine. And who providing details booking or hotel. So staying becomes weird also.

I loved the location of the property! It was right by Piazza San Marco, and it was in a great area that was surrounded by everything.

The property was well-maintained. The only point of interest was the floors, they sloped inward, which is to be expected in Venice as everything is sinking and moving in that city. Otherwise than that the hotel was incredibly comfortable and was a fantastic tiny boutique hotel. Plus, it accommodated all 4 of us in 1 room!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Fabulous location being only a short walk to St Mark's Square and many restaurants. The room was large and comfortable with a great shower.

Many small maintenance items in the room needed repairs (bathroom vanity light, towel rack, running toilet, 2nd bedroom lamp). The main room TV remote turned on TVs in both bedrooms at the same time. However, the major one was that the "Do Not Disturb" electronic notice on the exterior of the room door did not work. When the front desk was notified, they said they would hang a do not disturb sign on the door. They placed a room service menu instead! I asked for no housekeeping service (we don't like anyone in our room ever) & that did not happen. I had to make my own sign for the remainder of our stay.

Loved the location and decor of the extremely large suite. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was over the top!

We asked for information and they never left us anything. The restaurant manager started arguing with the staff over our bill once we spotted an error.. Due to this they never offered us the lemonchelo. Rest of the staff where nice but only interested in getting you into their restaurant than giving you information about Venice.

The Service was not consistent. The Hair dryer kept blowing out. The first time we requested a hair dryer - no one showed up with one. On our way out for dinner, we saw the evening clerk delivering a dryer to another room. The next time the hair dryer blew out, the day clerk was working and he delivered one immediately, The ventilation system delivers noise and odors from the restaurant below. We quickly got use to it.

The rooms were clean and well stocked. The clerk on duty during the day was helpful. We got the superior room and it was large. The Bed was comfortable (if you like a hard mattresss). The room provided plenty of storage. Storage was superior to the other places we stayed. The Shower was great. The breakfast buffet was good. The service provided by the attendant was excellent. The location of the hotel was great. The hotel was a short 5 minute walk to the Grand Canal waterfront and Riva Degli Schiavone. The hotel was a ten minute walk to St Marks Piazza

Not enough tea & coffee in room (it’s an English thing!) but you can easily ask for more. We bought milk from local shop and kept in fridge. Breakfast is 8-10am. They don’t start it earlier than 8

3 minute walk to main water front. 5 minute walk to St Marks Square. Eating places literally outside the front door, along with Gondola rides. Fridge in room. They charge for the contents if you take but there’s a price list in the room.
