Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room amenities are very basic.

Nothing.
The airport shuttle was easy to set up and find. The reception staff were informative and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a lovely range of food.

There wasnt a convenient way to get to the hotel from other stations than MLP. The room didn't have a water boiler or simple snacks as there is no restaurants or bars nearby.

Shuttle service for pick up. Not only drop off, but also pick. As the price for taxi 25-30 euros for 6 km only. Its rip off. And evening time its difficult to find a taxi.
location is 6 km from Malpensa Airport. Quiet area. Space for car parking. Great breakfast and staff. Room are clean. Big bathroom. Walking distance from local park.

The facilities are a little old. You can only get to the hotel with a car/taxi.
The bedroom was clean and tidy. Perfect if you need a place near the airport.

Its very close to the airport, so if you have early flight its perfect.. Nice pizzeria near by.. Also you can arrange transfer to the airport when you check in. Room was comfortable and clean.

We had a jaccuzzi tub in our room but no shower so the bathroom was flooded with water when we showered but otherwise everything was great.
Very friendly and helpful staff, we had a very early flight so they prepared breakfast on the go as it was too early to attend the breakfast.

The room could be a bit warmer (it was slightly below 0 in January), but it's hard because the room door goes directly outside. Still, after you let the heater do its thing for 10-20mins, it's fine. Definitely OK for the price :)
Great location next to the airport, and you can park right in front of your room. Great design of the room interior (yes i like planesss). We stopped there to pick up someone from an early morning flight. The hotel is less than 10 mins by car from the arrivals pick-up, so you can keep chilling in the room till you get the message from the person you are picking up that they got their luggage, and still be there right on time!

Few restaurants or places of interest within walking distance good for an overnight stay, no public transport

Old facilities in shower. It's our fifths winter stay in this hotel. Shower is very old, partly broken an doesn't work well

Maybe a but more diverse breakfast, but that's really neat-picking. Equipment in rooms is a bit old but it does the job.
great location with a good price, perfect place to sleep over before early morning flight. Definitely worth the money, literally 10 minutes from the airport, early breakfast helps a lot. Parking adjacent to the room.

Bathrooms, shower trays in particular, would need some renovation, . The rooms soundproofing is minimal, therefore good sleep is entrusted to the education of the hotel guests. Access to the location is convenient only by private car and/or taxi.
Very convenient quality/price ratio. The property is easily accessible, with all rooms on the ground floor. Very convenient car parking, protected by a Plexiglas structure and right in front of the room door. The breakfast was sufficient and the breakfast room attendant was a kind, fast and efficient lady. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Very fast check-in/check-out. One-way lane for cars entering/exiting the property, so no confusion. Very warm and clean rooms, very comfortable bed and clean linen; furthermore, there is a convenient service hatch for those who want breakfast and/or food and drinks in their room.

The location is convinent near the airport. 1 suggestion would be to book a shuttle service from airport to the hotel as they are reasonably priced. The front desk is very helpful and you can contact them to make the shuttle booking. The area around the property is worth exploring on foot.
