Bed was too soft and there was a leak in room on the day of check out but can’t complain for the price and location

The location is excellent. Near the Rialto Bridge. The hotel has at least 10 rooms and three floors. The walls in the room are covered with fabric. Purely. There was no dust. It was December. The room had a central air heating system. It was warm. The furniture is simple in Boroque style. The window looked out onto the walls of the opposite building. Simple room. But it's a great place for just sleeping.

One of the rooms had no air conditioning working properly. It was really hot in Venice that time (over 30 degree celsuis) but the air conditioning in the room on top floor is not working. But the staff gave us a fan which helped a little. There is also no elevator so it was hard with luggages but the staff helped us which was do nice of him.

The location is impeccable, right by Rialto Bridge. Great value. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Reception is 24 hous which is helpful whdn arriving late or early so can get help at check in.

Rooms are smallish and modest, but the building is medieval, so I think it is typical for economy hotel. The room was on 3rd floor but building has no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases by yourself.

Hotel is in excellent location near Realto bridge, 10 min walk from Saint Mark’s Square, a lot of history, restaurants, walking distance to Vaporetto (water bus). Also we liked that breakfast was on site.

Excellent, central location, and yet, neatly hidden in a side street. Very grateful they take pets! The room was very good, serviced properly and adequately. I wish they served proper coffee at breakfast, not just decaf :)

The cleaning lady left the window open which made the room cold, and the hot water didnt work! But tje personal was very helpfull and checked it altought we had to ask twice.

Perfect location, lovely and helpfull personal. Price was good for the location. Walking distance to fontaine, Spanish steds, hop on and off buss, and tram right in the corner. Very easy to get to the AirPort.

Perfect location. We had rooms on the 5th floor - 140 steps. If you have problems with knees - get something in lower floor :-) Rooms where just renovated. Breakfast was nice - I would say continental+

The bed was a little too firm and a couple of soft pillows to go with the firm ones would have been welcome but not essential.

The hotel was located centrally very near the Rialto bridge but in a very quiet lane. Breakfast was available each day. The room was very clean and warm. Decor was retro but quite Venetian and quaint.

Personally, the room was a bit stuffy for us, but we're from Wisconsin and like sleeping at 60ºF temps. We couldn't figure out the A/C—was more like a fan. Now this wasn't a bad thing for us, but the entrance definitely is in an alley, so less views.

It's a great location that is right around the corner from the main drag in San Marco. All the other "must-sees" are a super close walk as well. The room is definitely decorated and IG worthy if you're into that.

The rooms need to be refreshed. The carpets and walls definitely is not just dated, but appears to be mouldy, it had a damp feel to it. There was also no kettle in the room or iron. We asked from concierge downstairs but they were not sure and said would bring it up to us when they find it, I guess they never found it.

The location is amazing. Very central to all the main attractions Venice has to offer. The ferry bus was just around the corner as well.

Bathroom was not clean, stain in toilet and bathtub. Would have been great to have a kettle , even for an instant coffee in the morning.
