A bit small, but logical given location

Working Air conditioning would help greatly.

Good location. Friendly staff, but neither spoke a word of English. Parking was a nice walk and $15 per night. Breakfast was good and all was good except there was no A/C and if the windows were open the street noise was CRAZY loud. The taxi drivers race through at 50 mph on cobblestone streets all night and it is very loud. Bring earplugs and you will be fine. Great value.

We loved being there, but if you are expecting totally updated, first class accommodations, this might not be the place for you. it was perfect for us.

Hotel was in perfect location to all of the sights of Padua. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Restaurant on site was good.

• good breakfast (not only croissant and coffee) • comfortable bed • cleaning and towel changing every day • possibility to have dinner in the restaurant just the next door on the ground floor, prices are average (not that expensive compared to other ones)

Could hear neighbors alarms go off repeatedly in the morning. this is not the fault of the hotel, just the guests who need to get up when their alarm goes off the first time!

very nice, quaint, loved the view from our window. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent: delicious pastries, good coffee, and fruit! Other good choices but those were the things I loved.

Breakfast: not choice of wholewheat cereals (bread), no vegetable spreads, no vegetable (only fruits).

We found the room to be on the small side compared to others in the same price range. Also DO NOT use their Roma Parking. Staff are exceedingly unpleasant and just plain RUDE opt for any other solution.

Very simple breakfast. Although technically one can park ones car next to the hotel at a public parking space (as the hotel stated), one must realise that in the city centre there are hardly any free parking spaces. So in practice parking is only available at a large public open air parking space (Parcheggio Prato Della Valle) – 15 min walk (EUR 12 per 24 hours).

Decent hotel in good condition. Friendly staff. Nice room. Good bed. Room with refrigerator; no water cooker. Standard room size, not too small. Bathroom clean and ok. Limited view outside. Hotel is nicely located in the city centre. Old building, but nicely renovated.

The walls or the doors were thin, so we could hear people walking on the corridor, especially at nights. Breakfast was poor. The light in bathroom did not work properly.

The hotel is well located, close to the San Antonio Basilica. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable.

Very well located. The must important was all the staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Antonio e Mattia that were absolutely amazing and always trying to help us. I highly recommend. 5 ***** stars.
