We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. It poses a very convenient, quiet accommodation for visiting Venice and Padua by train (the train station is a 5 min walk). The attached restaurant is great and the property stems from the 17th century - so even the building is great.

United KingdomThere was not a bar as such so we had to order drinks from the reception which took its time especially when they are dealing with other guests checking in. Breakfast was ok, but finding the Milk for my coffee was a little annoying. It was on the breakfast cereal table and not next to the coffee.
The rooms are excellent and immaculate and the bathroom was as big as some rooms I have stayed in but the restaurant was EPIC. Beautiful setting and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend the steak and the sea bass.

The room we got for the charged amount was OK, but this was supposedly a free upgrade. If charged more, value for money would've been off-balance. Bed, especially pillows, not very comfortable.
