We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceThe a/c unit was so loud, we could hear it through earplugs.The beds and the pillows were really uncomfortable, and while there appears to be a buffet breakfast, we were informed that there wasn’t any. The location was very inconvenient in terms of access towards the city centre and the airport with public transportation, and there are limited choices around on where to grab something to eat. Definately not a 4 star establishment. wasn’t worth the trouble or the money

FranceThis hotel is far from a 4 stars one, I'd say not even 3 stars. Room lacked from any details a serious attentioned hotel would put like stationery, card, hotel merchandising, a kettler or at least water in the frigobar. We reserved a 3 beds room and we found 4, without any possibility to walk in between beds, too narrow space. They removed that 4th bed after our complaint but they weren't willing to do it. Room phone didn't work even if they changed it. Anytime we have to contact the reception I had to do phone call from my French cellphone! It was very hot in Rome (28-30°C) and they didn't allow us to have A/C! Arguing that the hotel director would give the order to switch it on when he thinks it's hot enough. Bathroom lacking of something to put our shampoo or soaps. Shelves were broken. Safebox was also broken. Hotel is placed in a very lonely area without sign or lights. Taxis wouldn't find it in the dark,

SerbiaThe room becomes very stuffy very quickly, after closing the window. Best option is to sleep with window slightly open - it is very calm at night, and no noise.
Staff is very nice, calm and polite. They met our every need without any hesitation. Cleaning staff are also extremely polite and they came every day. Morning coffee and crossaint was offered every morning (both tasty) which was a nice touch. Room had comfortable enough bed, and bathroom had all thingies we needed - lot of towels, soap, hair dryer, shower and a bidet.

United KingdomHelpful staff and no nonsense hotel overall. Lidl and Line C Metro access at Torre Spaccata within a 5 minute walk and can reach the city centre within 30 minutes on the Metro. The Wi-fi connection is excellent and super fast. Facilities were clean - check in and check out was effortless and they were even on-hand to arrange a transfer to the airport in the early morning. Would definitely stay here again!

PortugalDidn't like the location but that is the best part of the stories...i have arrived at 23h..it was a ghost hotel..feels like abandoned...empty...dark...with a staff unfriendly that doesn't speak English...the hotel has everything with same damage...fulfy...and not working. Don't stay here!!
