Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast buffet was okay, not great. A bit crowded at times. Nothing that would make me choose another hotel though.
The location is just right. Walking distance to the city, so you don't have to pay for livingnin the center.

Nothing i didnt like. Not much facilities. Maybe if you were on a lower floor there would be more road noise as others have mentioned, but on the 5th floor it was very quiet.
Quiet location, exceptional restaurants nearby. Helpfull staff.

The hotel needs some updating though. I had to switch rooms after the power unexpectedly shut down.
The staff was very friendly & the breakfast was pretty good.

There were not slippers and toothbrush in the room. Our room was in the 7th floor and lift wasn't working at 4.00am when we checked out. We was carry the luggage down the stairs. :)

I wish there were more power outlet near the bed, they were hard to find and hidden behind mattress and I wish they had more comfortable mattresses :-(
Location was good, staff was friendly. My suggestion would be to provide a shuttle to metro (it would be nice)

They didn’t have an iron and ironing board which I found pretty annoying as I had a lot of shirts with me. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.
Nice staff. Nice temperature inside the building. Used the gym facilities which were ok.

Parking is 4 minutes away in a local spot, only € 20 for 24 Hours, but not ideal. Room we had was located towards the inside, with no option to have the light come in, without being seen by the whole opposite building. Pay a little more and you'll have a view of the parc.
The hotel looks really nice, everything has been updated to the max. Comfortable room, good wifi. Taxi towards the center is about € 15.

the beds could be softer. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. but it was a quiet room and the balcony overlooking the trees was wonderful. they should put hot water kettles in the rooms.

Service of reception desk less good, took time to fix some mistakes, no help at all about booking visits to musea Room had some issues: one of bed tables was slightly damaged(not a big deal for use, but you dont expect that in this level Bar for the shower courtain fell twice Room was not provuded with glass grasses, only plastic one, took time till we get a pair

Staff persistently refuses to provide air conditioning despite multiple requests given due to energy saving reason.

The bed was comfortable, but I was not satisfied with the blanket because it was worn and not warm and comfortable. It was good to use the bathtub, but the shower was designed in such a way that the water collected on the bathroom floor when taking a shower. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers as room service. we were not able to use Wi-Fi in the room .it had no signal.
Room furnitures and bathroom were clean . Bed war comfortable and staff were kind and responsive. Overall, the hotel was suitable for rest after a tiring day.
