The bathroom was very small, open shower close to the bathroom, so everything gets sprayed, need to keep the towels outside the bathroom for them not to get wet. I specifically searched for a hotel with "free parking on premises" but they have like maybe 5 spots in front of the front door, and there was no place for my car. So I had to park 100m aways and pay for parking (started at 8am). Only cost me 1 or 2 euros, but if my search included free parking, it should have given me free parking. Again, for the price I paid, I am still very satisfied with the hotel, room, breakfast and location.

I needed a hotel close to the hospital for one night and looked for a cheap rate. I was very pleased to find this one and was very happy with what I got for the price I paid. It is in the center of town, has good decent breafast, my room was quite small, especially the bathroom, but for the price I paid I cannot complain. The staff was super nice and helped me out with a parking solution (although my filters included free parking on premises). In the morning they let me take food from breakfast to the person I was visiting at the hospital, so that was super nice of them. All in all, good hotel for the price I paid

Room was very small, bathroom even smaller but the biggest minus is noise that I could hear from other rooms.

The hotel is in the center of Belluno and also near the bus and train station.

The room and bed were pretty small but that's the type of room I chose so I can't really complain.

A great location right off the main drag, with a very accommodating staff who were friendly (somewhat rare in Italy) and who spoke English well. The wifi worked well and there was a refrigerator/minibar in the room.

Strange parking. I advise calling the hotel before going to know how to access the hotel parking as the sat nav will take you everywhere apart from the correct road that says limited access.

    Location and value!

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast and a wonderful location. We loved the pizza restaurant next door and it was a short walk away from the main square with some excellent bars. Perfect spot to relax after some long days of walking in the mountains!

The shower area was very compact.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was in an excellent location in the town. The staff when we checked in was extremely helpful regarding the location of car parking, and before checking out we had great help with problems with wifi.

More variety needed at breakfast and the coffee was poor unless you got the person behind the bar to make one for you.

Once we changed rooms we had more space, there was plenty of cupboards and drawers to unpack into.

Shower would be a bit small for larger person as infront of toilet, no English tv channel - but hey you're in Italy.

Excellent cntral location, good room, very clean, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff, great value for money, large tv Good transport hub for southern Dolomites

No international television stations on in-room televisions. Pillows a bit firm, better to have a choice. No kettle in room. No bar for those who care about that sort of thing (the room is there but not open generally).

The very central position of the hotel, the quality and variety of breakfast items, the hot water in bathrooms and the possibility of a bath tub rather than just a shower. Receptionist Gina was particularly helpful and had perfect English. Proximity of cafes and restaurants, taxi service available.

The room was very nice, but the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, Belluno was about 45 minutes away from the Dolomites by bus--we wish we had been a little closer to make it easier to get to.

The hotel was very close to the train and bus station which allowed us to walk over and catch a bus easily. The hotel staff were very nice and the room was spacious with a nice window view of the dolomites in the distance.

The information in room said there was an English Channel on 11, turns out not even the one - all Italian. Stayed in order to visit relatives in the area for 7 nights although not in the room every night it would have been nice to relax a couple of times watching tv in room, for that reason wouldn't stay here again. Also on checking out the room was more expensive than when booked?! Even taking into account city tax. Be aware you have to get separate codes printed out at reception for phones, iPads etc.

Staff were helpful on reception, also cleaning ladies lovely. Breakfast adequate for continental and purchased nice hot chocolate some evenings.

Staff doesn't speak much English, was hard to communicate with and didn't seem to do an extra effort e.g. give reccomendations or help getting around. The room was quite stuffy and some of the furniture (including toilet seat) were old and worn. Overall it's a decent place, but for this price I would expect a better condition.

The location is great and easy to find, the room was large and air conditioned (important in Italian summer...). Breakfast was great and they agreed to serve it in full for early departure (before 7am). Wifi worked great.
