Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel was good, but there is nothing to see around hotel :)
Well-run hotel close to the airport, but also near (5 minutes by car) to the train station which will lead you to Milano city centre. Quite interesting setup where you can park the car directly in front of the room (which is great if you have early morning flight)

Maybe the fact that the hotel doesnt have their own restaurant, apart from that I have nothing negative to say.
Very helpful and nice staff, Wi-Fi was perfect and two things I personally find very important in an hotel: Very comfortable mattress and decent water pressure in the shower. Bonus points for having a small gym where one could go anytime. Very good all-around.

All good.
I like the place.though bit far from main station,no public transport.but still manage to arrive by walk 10 minutes.but over all it's not bad experience to find the place.breakfast was perfect.staff was very helpful and friendly.

Beds were a bit hard and could feel all the mattress springs... also seemed to be a shortage of hot water in the building, half of my showers were cold

Wi-fi signal zero in the room, the restaurant was closed at diner and we were invited to search for food nearby and the location is quite isolated
The bed was quite large and comfy, clean bathroom and they called us a taxi at a desired hour in the morning

Long walk to Busto Arsizio railway station. Taxi to Malpensa airport expensive. No restaurant service in evening. Not sure why it was rated 4 stars. Staff were not aware that local swimming pool was not open.
Good breakfast. Reception staff were magnificent, extraordinary helpful. Very near to a very pleasant McDonalds restaurant for children.

There aren't many restaurants around to eat. That's all.
Great breakfast, kind staff in the breakfast hall. Large rooms. Very helpful receptionists. Bed was comfortable. Free parking. Great value for money.

Not the best location and not a great shower but a conformable stay
Very nice spacious room, big conformable bed and good AC important in this warm days. Also, great concept if you're travelling by car.

The breakfast wasn't great and the room we stayed in looked like someone had to break in as the wood around the door was damaged and coming away from the wall. Also where the doorknob was the wood was damaged. The location wasn't great, no public transport for miles.
The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean

Bath was lacking in cleanliness, really need to be more careful there. There was a lot of scale on the showerhead and so on. The beds are a decent size especially for southern Europe. 2x2m for a double bed. However - pretty hard matresses. not very comfortable.
