The beds were very firm, but the pillows were nice!

Very friendly staff, very clean and excellent location. We loved our stay here. The garden terrace upstairs is gorgeous and it made for a great getaway if you wanted some quiet time either sunbathing (away from the crowds at the beach) or enjoying some coffee or wine in the evenings.

Our stay was excellent! The staff were super kind, especially the Filipinos who were very hospitable, and the reception was very accommodating. They even went the extra mile by allowing us to check in early, and during checkout, they let us stay in the fourth-floor garden with its amazing panoramic sea view so we could finish our video conference until 12 noon, even though checkout time was 11 am. They also provide blue beach towels, so you don’t need to bring your own. Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious choices. We’ll definitely come back!

The rooms could be a little noisy at times, as we could hear other guests coming and going.

The breakfast was great and the location was very central, just a short walk to the train station.

Unfortunately we were given a room right at the stairway and heard everyone coming and going. Our view was the wall of the neighboring house.

Good location in the old part of the city. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had-traveling in both the US and Europe! Everything was fresh and well prepared! The roof garden was treat to be able to sit and enjoy the evening and the staff was exceptionally gracious.

The breakfast options were plenty. I am coeliac and there were plenty of options. Staff were friendly and willing to help. The location was brilliant, close to all tourist attractions, yet the hotel was very quiet and private. The room was clean, had lots of space and the view from the French windows overlooking the sea was amazing.

Nothing Two lifts to get there and bottom lift not working so not for people who can’t walk up a steep hill - or get a taxi

The rooms are a bit small, at least ours was. Some seem to have a balcony and I wish we had booked those, it's hard to dry anything in the room even with the AC. A cord to dry out the window would be great. The bathrooms are functional but a bit small as well. We stayed 3 nights and our bedsheets were not changed, maybe in an effort to preserve water.

The location right next to the beach is great , the staff is very friendly and the breakfast has great options. We really enjoyed our stay and the garden on the 4th floor with view of the city and the sea is a real plus! Also the l'hôtel is well maintained and clean , we saw the staff cleaning it up everytime we came back from our day!

I found the bed a little hard.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Brilliant for coeliacs! Exceptional knowledge of the need to avoid cross-contamination. My bacon, eggs and gf toast were cooked separately and I was presented with a basket of gluten free pastries etc. Great balcony which was well furnished. Fabulous terraced gardens, with great views.

A few in our party felt the beds were too hard and the pillows too flat.

Loved Albergo Amici! Great location, friendly staff and so helpful and accommodating! The hotel is nestled in adorable Monterosso and the surrounding shops were so convenient when we needed or just shopping for fun! The front desk offered discounted tickets for the train that stopped at each town. Overall, a very good experience!

Our first room was dark and noisy air con

Staff amazing. Our first room was very average air conditioning very noisy and room dark asked if we could move and staff were so accomodating moved us to a much nicer room with quiet air conditioning Breakfast was great and location awesome so close to everything

Amazing hotel in a great location. The rooms were air conditioned and the bed was comfortable. We loved the rooftop garden where you have a view of Monterosso. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Glenn went above and beyond at the bar and was such a hard worker. On our last morning, we had to catch a train at 6am and they bagged breakfast up to go for us the night before. Will definitely stay here next time we come back to Cinque Terre!

The location is excellent and the rooftop patio with a view was a great place to relax. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We had to leave early in the morning to catch the train, and they packed us a breakfast to go- was very kind and considerate!
