Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We landed late and the man still welcomed us at 02:00am. He was very nice to us and cared for us till our departure. We had to share the bathroom. The room was perfect, big with a sink in the corner to drink water or brush your teeth. The tap water is potable. The view over the street and the two towers was. I’ve even though we must jump to have a look but nothing to say apart from we loved Bologna from the night we arrived till the day we left. 👌🏽

Minor, but the bed frame was a bit wierd. The walls a touch thin. The buzzer/greating method seemed a little wierd at first but could probably grow on you. I might be embarrassed if I got in too late or just wanted to sneak up to use the restroom...But having said that, the people at the desk could not have been cooler.
The staff was great; very helpful and friendy. Spoke English. The view was great. A neat antique retro style in an awesome location.

For extra sensitive people to noise, you can hear the street rumour.
Location, the place looks super cute, has a particular vibe, great hosts, willing to help with whatever needed. They serve a sweet breakfast which is enough to start the day. Room clean, with everything needed for a good stay.

I was apprehensive to book this place despite the high reviews as we had a room with a shared bathroom, but I must say that it wasn't an issue at all, I didn't ever see another guest, and the bathrooms (they have two to share) were clean, close to the rooms, and there was never a queue. I'm so happy that we booked this place regardless because it was one of our favorite stays during our trip. One thing to note is there was a separate city tax at the end of the booking but I think that's likely the same wherever you stay, it just came as a surprise to me as I hadn't done my research.
We loved this place! It was in a perfect location, very central to everything you may want to see, though without being really noisy or busy. It had great views from the room and the room was very clean, comfortable, and had charming decoration, it felt very homely there! The room came with extra blankets and bedding, a sink, and a TV. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, we couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome to Bologna. They were very informative and kind with their restaurant recommendations and places to visit which was a great help to us as we were there for a really short impromptu visit.

It was my 6th time in Bologna. This hotel was the best of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Bologna. Location is perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel has cozy and warm decorations. When we were leaving we asked for a taxi and the taxi station didn’t answer the phone. Owner walked with us to the station to find us a taxi. I will check this hotel for my next time in Bologna.

We had a quiet, nice room. It offered us a good rest and the coffee in the morning was great. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, nice genuine Italians. The location is right in the center of Bologna, close to most tourist attractions and nice restaurants. Would stay here again, for sure.

Wi-Fi could have been better.
The property was steps away from the Due Torri, and the main square, just under half an hour walk from the central train station. Excellent location, but the room was quiet. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

big rooms, very nice and welcoming staff, showed us on the map of bologna the places we should see and had many good recommendations, great location, walking distance to literally everywhere, close to shops and restaurants, as well as train station and the train station to the airport, offered us coffee and drinks when we were checking out and they have let us leave our bags at the property (for us 3h) after we checked out

it was super clean and located right in the heart of the city! It was super quiet at night and we were able to sleep very well. The entrance is easy to access, someone from reception always opens the door and we felt very safe. The owners are lovely people who can help you with anything. We can highly recommend it.

The owners of the hotel are lovely, friendly and welcoming to all the guests. Spacious room with a view of the two towers. Very clean and comfortable bed. And very close to the town centre. I highly recommend this hotel.
