Many floors of stairs, the lighting of corridors was too dark.

The location is very convenient, close to the station and the main square where all buses départ and arrive. There are buses to St Gimignano and Siena, and Poggibonsi can be a cheaper alternative for staying to visit other areas. The room was comfy and even had a nice view.

This hotel is very well located in relation to the train station and the departure of the buses for San Geminiano. It does not have an elevator. The staff is very dedicated. The town of Poggibonsi is not very touristy, but has some nice walks and restaurants.

The hotel is 3 min walk from the station. I was greeted my friendly gentleman. The room was very clean. I would stay there again

the staffs are very kind and friendly and helpful. Location is good, Train station is in front and bus stop also, can easily travel to Florence, if by car, 30 mins to Florence.

No lift, although for us it wasn't such a big problem.

Very quiet room close to the railway station, excellent connections to Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa and Florence. For budget travellers could be a base for visiting Tuscany. Sweet, typically Mediterranean breakfast included in the price.

Breakfast - but then it’s Italian breakfast and suitable maybe for the vast majority - but for foreigners - it’s too much sweet !

In the morning, you will see regular customers from town coming to drink coffee, and the boss is very busy. Very cute hotel.

Hotel built in 1954 .Good location.Opposite the train station. Open the window and you'll find the church. It's very quiet when you sleep at night. Great boss, great staff. Freshly baked cakes every morning .

Warm efficient helpful welcome at reception Small single room. Basic amenities as expected. Great value for money Super clean. Super comfy. Excellent location opposite train station and bus stops . I was really well looked after. I did not realise there were no buses on Labour Day but with exceptional kindness from the host a ride up to San gimigiano was arranged for me. So very generous and I remain deeply grateful.

I booked very last minute and felt that I was put in the last available room which desperately needed renovation, especially the bathroom where half the door frame was missing and the shower was not in a great condition. I didn't use the desk chair as it didn't seem stable. Basic cleanliness was there but details like tv remote or the sockets had not been cleaned in a while. There was a noise from an AC vent outside my window which went on and off at night. If I had stayed longer and had it not been a last minute emergency solution, I would have asked for a different room. The pictures online and other reviews suggest there are recently renovated ones.

The hotel's location was perfect. Very close to the station, easy to find and easily accessible by car. The staff was really nice and my room had a nice view onto a church behind the hotel. Check in and out went smoothly without any problems.

There is no elevator and bringing the suitcases to the 3rd floor (pretty high steps) was not good.

I hated it. Someone started screaming and banging doors at 3am. Then at 8 a lady opens the door (I presume to clean) while I was sleeping. Place was dirty smelling cigarets and very poorly maintained.
