We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsMattress made noise when turning around. Pillows are very soft. The walls are thin and you can hear other guest talking. The breakfast room is just outside of the hotel rooms, therefore you can hear people from 8:30 eating and talking.

United KingdomIt’s not a hotel, the pictures are misleading but what does one expect for the price?! The rooms are on the second floor of the building shown, I expect the other floors are offices. I had to go to another hotel to ask how to access the Malibù as the entrance is a closed door with buzzers. I was expecting a hotel with a ground floor reception. But for the price I realise I was being silly! The room was very basic, suitable for a night or two. No air con & no fan. Balcony room looks over an insanely busy road but the view is nice. Not too noisy when the balcony door closed. The finish of the decor/bathroom is crude but everything works and shower pressure was good.
It’s right in the centre. Location is what you are buying here. Room with balcony is relatively private but right behind the reception. Other rooms open into the breakfast room. Bed linen very nice and comfortable bed. It’s clean. Breakfast basic but fine. Nice coffee. All the staff I met were lovely.
