Location, possible late check in, clean room

We had a very unpleasant experience during breakfast at Hotel Marchina in Brescia. The breakfast was extremely poor — just a slice of cheese, a slice of ham, and a boiled egg which was spoiled and smelled terrible. Shortly after eating, both of us became sick and started vomiting. When we informed the waitress, she simply took the plate without a word — no apology, no concern. She even looked irritated that we said something. No one acknowledged the issue, and we were left feeling unwell and deeply disappointed. This is absolutely not how anyone wants to start their day while traveling.

Nice hotel. Renovated rooms, super clean. We stayed here for one night. Breakfast was ok like in most places.

Entrance to our room was near outside tables, with someone always sitting and smoking there. So we need to close door fast, to avoid getting smoke in.

Breakfast was really good and everyone was very nice. There wasn’t noise at night and property was clean.

Could be comfier

I dont like it cause i check it late at 11pm and they start working at 8am it was very noisy, rooms are very small

It did a job. We were looking for somewhere to stay last minute, so it was handy.Got to say the staff were excellent especially the lady that seemed to do everything there, she was lovely, even opened the garage for me.

Overpriced for what it is. Food and drink is ok but again overpriced.

Staff amazing from arrival to departure. We arrived close to kickoff of England game in Euros. We checked in and the staff allowed us to watch the game on the big screen in reception. Atmosphere made better by Spanish fan passing through and best wishes to meet in the final During the interval staff brought coffees to us . When we properly went to the room it was spacious and clean We got directions to a local bar with great food. Breakfast was excellent continental style and plenty. Top marks

Location was great when on a way from Milano to Garda lake. Clean and good breakfast.

People were very welcoming as I don’t speak Italian, plus it was nearer my family whom I was visiting, I would certainly go back there again, but it would be nice to have a coffee machine or something like that and a small fridge, Joginder said

It didn’t have a fridge and tea or coffee machine, I need two extra pillows, need bit more choice of breakfast

Location was great as i was overnighting before a flight out of Milan the next day. Breakfast was excellent, coffee was great. Bonus was getting to watch a kids soccer match across the road from the hotel

Very hard beds and pillow. Very modest breakfast to be chosen with a formular one day before.
