The embedded smell of tobacco smoke on the soft furnishing and pillows. This alone would make me question returning.

Comfortable, beautiful room, hotel and garden. Good breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately the embedded smell of tobacco smoke would make me question returning.

We loved everything. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They took great care of us!l It's a charming, boutique higher end hotel well located for experiencing the aperitivo, shops, galleries and restaurants of wonderful Pietrasanta. The beach is only a 20 min bike ride away for those days you want to be there. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable beds.

A little bit difficult to access the hotel because it is in the pedestrian only area.

Staff was great. Beautiful hotel with a very nice room for breakfast and a well appointed lobby and lounge. Rooms were clean and luxurious.

Thin, foam pillows. Breakfast buffet a bit limited. Fine for one night stopover but would get a bit tedious for longer.

    Leaving!

We visited this hotel for many years and then we stopped because we did like the management. Now it is a happy welcoming atmosphere! We will return ASAP!!!!!

    Nothing!

It' is an absolutely wonderful little town. Two restaurants I highly recommend: Filippo Restaurant and L'Enoteca Restaurant. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Sunday the whole little town turns into an antique/flea/swap meet! Albergo Pietrasanta is just lovely.

We had a very good time - no bad experiences. If you come from Australia or New Zealand don't go near the beach. It will only fill you with pity for the locals!

Albergo Pietrasanta is small and really comfortable. There are not many rooms and you feel that the friendly and helpful staff know you personally from the start. The location is ideal - right at the start of the central walking street. Once there you don't need a car - everything can be reached with a short stroll. Pietrasanta itself is a delightful place with a village atmosphere around the central piazza. There are lots of art galleries, good restaurants, and nice shops. And you must take a tour up into the hills to see the famous marble quarries, still operating after over 2000 years.
