It was perfect!

We stayed for one night. Because of traffic coming from Switzerland, we were delayed quite a bit. But the staff were all very kind, and they were able to accommodate us for dinner on very short notice. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and in style like only Italians know how to achieve. The facility is lovely, old building mixed with very modern amenities, and a lovely breakfast garden. Italy at it's best.

The hotel is a refurbished factory. The owners kept the "industrial" style and added beautiful art pieces. You are surrounded by art at all times. There is a swimming pool on the roof top with excellent view. The breakfast is exceptional served in a ball room surrounded by garden and hidden spots for a walk. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant exceeded our expectations. We will return definitely.

Quite some walking to get from the room to the breakfast area / out. Overall though not a problem.

Nice place to stop on while on the go. The pool is a nice plus, while the rooms are fairly spacious. Breakfast in the garden was enjoyable and staff friendly. Room was quiet.

We stayed in one of the old / traditional apartments. The apartment had nice, spacious rooms and a beautiful, classical setting. It seemed that some of the rooms could do with a bit of renovating, though (nothing critical at all, only optical), and cleaning could be better - e.g. below the beds where dust was very visible.

We visited this hotel as part of our journey from central Italy to Germany and back to Denmark. The location is beautiful, and not too far off from main roads. You can combine a visit here with a trip by car across e.g. one of the mountain passes, passing by the Lugano lake, etc. - all of which is stunningly beautiful! The hotel is in a quiet location, parking is free and so is charging for electrical vehicles (two Porsche location chargers are available in the parking lot). The city itself is small, but interesting, and the surroundings are beautiful. There's an included rooftop pool in the modern building (family rooms).

Rooms were large and comfortable, with everything we needed. Food was the best we had in our 2 week holiday. Staff were exceptionally helpful, its a family business, and the really went the extra mile to help us when we had problems.

Although we really liked the charm of the hotel, the beds were really uncomfortable. I have traveled quite some places but have never had a bed this hard. When you sit down on it, it felt like sitting on a shelf. I would really recommend the hotel to invest in good mattresses as it would at a lot of value to the great potential of the hotel. Unfortunately we weren't aware of the breakfast option since it wasn't mentioned on booking.com. it would have been convenient to know this beforehand since we were in transit.

A very charming hotel. We rented a room and the 6-person appartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was amazing! The shower was the most comfortable shower ever (great water pressure).
