GPS found it difficult to find - Listed it as Unknown location? - Lots of road works around the town - made wrong turns difficult to correct - Once the works are completed it should be OK

Room & Bed Comfy = Breakfast good! easy walk to town! Train station across the road

Regarding the restaurant : if you wish to have a high level quality diner (with price acording to that level), you should stay at the restaurant, but if you just want to have a quick meal at reasonnable cost, you'd rather go somewhere else outside.

The breakfast is very simple, but ok -you will not starve.

Coffee is good. You must have dinner in the restaurant - good italian food and very delicious!

I cannot believe that this can be categorized as a 3-stars hotel in the 21st century. 50 years ago, perhaps ... I am sure there are some jails whose cells have a better decor than my room.

There is a wide open space with beautiful trees at the entrance, which is very nice. Also, Wi-Fi was quite efficient.

    Having to leave!

Arrived late, but as we phoned to let them know, they kept the kitchen open after usual hours to allow us to enjoy dinner, which was wonderful!

Very noisy at night due to loud sounds in the distance which according to the receptionist came from steel mining works.

Situated in the middle of the city with a great restaurant

    We liked everything.

Helpful hotel manager, lovely peaceful self-contained flat with balcony, airy and bright with excellent access to visitor attractions and the station.

The hotel is well located with beautiful gardens and is centrally located. Micol at reception was excellent. We were disappointed that breakfast was in a back room with no air conditioning while the hotel restaurant which overlooked the beautiful gardens remained empty. Breakfast food was very limited. Many times we were unable to find any staff to request a cup of tea or coffee. The hotel should consider setting up a self service area for guests to make their own coffee or tea. Beware that the supermarket opposite closes for an extended siesta each day. The supermarket also closes all day Sunday and so do the Hotel facilities. Thankfully there was an excellent Kebab and Pizza shop just near the railway station were we could dine in or takeaway. We had two rooms during this stay. One room which looked out over the front area of the hotels which was comfortable. The second room which overlooked the kitchen courtyard had a very strange old cooking smell for the entire stay even though the kitchen was not open. This was even when the windows were closed. For the same price we paid for this accommodation there were far better facilities and quality accommodation in a nearby hotel where we stayed during the same visit to Arcore.

No fridge in the room or tea/ coffee making facilities, and no replenishment of supplies (water, soap) on the second day. Staff hard to find during the day.

Lovely garden and places to sit outside. An easy walk from the station even with a suitcase. Staff at breakfast time cheerful and helpful.

A little bit hard bed, noisy air-condition (especially in night).

Good accomodation not far from Milan (20 min to Milano Gatibaldi by train). Train station is 7 min from hotel. Very good free wifi, clean room, nice personal, free parking

Nothing. We stayed in this hotel every year from 1990 till 2008 and went elsewhere because of a bad experience. Now we are back and it is better than ever!

To find every evening after a restless day the excellent restaurant in a beautiful garden just a few steps from my bed.

You had to connect to different wifi networks as you moved around the hotel but they did all have the same password.

A nice hotel with very pretty grounds. We were surprised on booking a standard double room to get a suite with a living room and separate bedroom and bathroom
