    nothing

They were very helpful with the parking. We came with big Fiat Dukato and they helped us park in a close parking lot. The hotel, although not very new, was very clean and all facilities functioning.

Check-in, noisy neighborhood, breakfast is without selection. Also in such hote one would expect real glasses and not plastic cups.

Hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. By their effort they compensated for other disappointments at that hotel

The breakfast was a bit of a let down. No bacon. No milk for cereal. The WiFi was restricted and sometimes the connection became very slow - though it was mostly at an OK speed. The reception staff insisted on keeping our passports for an undue amount of time which was rather unsettling. Normally a passport is seen and handed right back - maybe with the number/some other details recorded for security - not retained for over an hour while you go to your room to unpack. There was only one lift servicing many rooms so there was a long wait most attempts - on the 6th floor this is an unnecessary pain.

The rooms are very spacious, with good quality furnishings - free water in the room, nice sized wardrobe and desks and a very comfy and very large bed. The shower was excellent. The staff were friendly and there wasn't a queue at check-in or check-out. Nice 'Nutella' filled donuts at breakfast.

Wifi was very poor, and breakfast was average. Area surrounds were rubbish laden and noisy

The secure parking was good underground considering the area the hotel is in. Room was a good size and comfy bed. Not a tourist hotel.

The hotel has seen its best years in the nineties. Although the property is clean, it is outdated and oldfashioned. Bad soundproofing - you can easily hear what is going on nextdoors ...

Excellent location to explore the streets of the historical centre of Palermo. Safe underground garage included in the price. Very professional staff who speaks English.

We booked based on price, location and most importantly free parking which at this hotel was underground and secure. Really not sure I would have been comfortable parking on the street in this city! Driving in was an experience This was good value for money the room on the top floor was spacious, comfortable with a fridge and terrace balcony (but no views ). The bathroom was a good size but it was slightly comical watching my husband in the rather small shower cubicle 🤣 It was very easy walking distance to the start of the old town Palace and Cathedral then we took the hop on hop off bus to see the rest of the city and Monreal We just stayed the two nights which was good to see the sights. Staff were very friendly and breakfast is definitely for those with a sweet tooth. Lots of cake and pastry not enough fresh fruit for me but coffee was good

Breakfast didn't have a lot of non-sweet options. Location is not bad, but need to still do quite a walk to closest attractions and restaurants.

It was clean, good bathroom, cozy room, we had a balcony and a good view towards the mountains. You could borrow an iron and a broad.

Don't go there. Rooms are terrible, they don't look like in the pictures, not good value for that money. Bed is like in the army, furniture is old, breakfast is not fresh- old bread etc, I found ant under my sheets.

Only that woman receptionist - long black hair

Nothing. It is perhaps fair to the reader to say that the central piazza Quatro Canti is some half hour walking away (the hotel is just outside the heart of the town), but then again : the second touristic center of the town with the fabulous Capella Palatina in the impressive Norman castle and the gorgeous Duomo (gorgeous both inside and from the outside on the square) is within less than 10 minutes walking. And with one hotel you can only be very close to one of two centres :) . And from this Duomo a free bus drives you to the other centre.

Don't worry about the Italian way of driving in a vibrant city of 700.000 people : you enter the town via a broad way and drive straight to the hotel, which has private parking !! Also leaving the town is no problem. There are at a short walk of the hotel moped taxis, and a free 'Centro Storico bus'. Good breakfast, typical sweet Italian : there are only small slices of bread but in Italy that is already an asset ! European (Belgian) choice of dark sandwiches would be appreciated by a Belgian, but everything else at the breakfast was excellent ànd available (muesli, orange juice, yoghurt, lots of pastry cakes, ....). Very good coffee machine. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Big rooms. Very good cleaning service. The city is awesome for a culture freak with a lot of impressive sculptures by the Gaginis and Serpottas in very special and impressive churches full of humour (the putti by Serpotta) and creativity; a fine archeological museum (now under restauration though); an excellent Art Museum (Abatellis with Antonella, Gaginis, Laurana, the fresco Triumph of Death ) and lots of good vibes; alive piazzas, good food.

The breakfast was just terrible: just a few options and many of them were not refilled. They could have offered softer towels.

Big, comfortable room. It was really good to have private parking in Palermo, yet it was easy to walk to the city center.

The neighbourhood around the hotel is full of garbage... but that is everywhere -except center- in Palermo. Single beds are really small.

Spacy & clean rooms. Secure private parking and good breakfast. Helpful english speaking staff.

Staff friendly & welcoming, secure parking, easily reached by car. A shortish walk along busy streets to the centre but a trade off for a secure car park and a lower rate.

Very close to the University, few minutes walk to Piazza dell'Indipendenza. Kind staff. Very clean bathroom (I am quite picky with that) and very comfortable shower. The room was big, with a balcony and was renovated recently, as well as the bathroom.
