Room felt a little dated. Shower cubicle way too small. It felt like the bottom floors of the hotel were being used as some kind of hostel. There were always gangs of men outside, especially in the evening and for that reason it didnt feel safe.

Staff were great and friendly. Clean room with good air conditioning.

There seemed to be unproportionally much african guests staying in and hanging around the hotel. They were nice though.

The staff was very helpfull, especially John with his italian friend at the reception. We came to the the reception and asked if they have some sewing kit as I got a hole on my pants. They went out and came back with full kit. We got recommendations for breakfast, there is actually a very nice cafe just across the street. Taking into consideration that we were staying in the central station area which looks a bit dodgy, we never felt unsafe (even at night). We even kept our rental car parked outside on the street in the neighbouring street and nothing happend to the car. The rooms were clean, the shower cabin a bit small but a good value for the money.

Room extremely dirty, bed sheets weren.t changed, no tv, no wifi, bathroom that dirty and full of mold that you couldn.t even take a shower. Mold all over the walls, this place really needs a health and safety inspection !

Only one of the receptionists speaks English a bit. The rest of personnel speak Italian only. The location of the hotel is really bad - it is in the historic part of Napoli - the view from the postcards - old streets with destroyed buildings. This is some kind of black district unfortunately. IT is very dangerous there so it's good to come back to the hotel before 8 p.m. I totally don't recommend this part of Napoli for people who would like to spend nice days in Napoli without stress.

In general, room was fine, with big comfortable bed and working air condition.

The shower was disgusting and very old and patched up. After a day out we come back to no hot water and no clean towels - only the sheets were changed. The wifi was weak and the air conditioning did not work at all making the room hot and stuffy. The fridge also barely worked. We informed staff of this but no real effort was made to fix these issues.

The man on receprion during the week was very lovely and accomodating. He was warm and welcoming.

The staff were really rude, unpleasant, unhelpful and difficult I booked a double room, and not for single occupancy, but was there alone. When my friend couldn't get back to his place (far) and it was late I didn't see why there would be a problem him staying in my room, given it had been booked for 2. The guy at reception point blank refused with no justification. My friend even offered to pay more. The guy just refused. Utterly unacceptable. Also the door to access the hotel was always locked so you couldn't get in or out til one of the staff bothered to open it... this often took ages, requiring repeated ringing of the doorbell, knocking, even when leaving and the staff were there and could see you they would carry on doing other things for a while before letting you leave, blatantly seeing it as irritating they had to let you out!!! The place is dark and dirty, the room smelled of mould. The bathroom was unhygienic, unclean, the shower door off its hinges and the shower head in dire need of descaling. The area is close to garibaldi, but in a very rough part of town One of the worst places I've ever stayed in, and that's saying something - I've stayed in a hut built out of cow pats sleeping on a concrete slab with a plastic bag full of hay as a pillow. This hotel was terrible

We could have been told that the hotel was being partly used as a hostel to house male immigrants/refugees from the African Continent, many of whom loitered outside the entrance door during the day. I would also point out that the first room I was given had a broken fridge with mouldy food in it and an electric fan as air conditioning. A room on this floor {5}, had a padlock and latch on the door. When I asked about it , I was told that it was the "medicine room". This was needed because sometimes the long stay residents required medicine ! To be fair the room we eventually got on the 6th floor was clean and tidy and air conditioned. The photos on your site are well out of date ,as is a pamphlet that I picked up in the hotel. This would never now be classed as a 3 star hotel , and I can not envisage anyone holding a conference or a seminar there. Don't book a room there.

The fact that it was near the main railway station meant that it was a convenient base, which was handy for a quick getaway.

The area wasn't very nice and we didn't feel very comfortable/safe walking around. Gangs of people congregated outside which wasn't nice. A ghetto feel to it all. There was no wifi in the room, only in the lobby. This was inconvenient. We didn't feel comfortable when we were told we had to leave our key and passports at reception. The photos online were much better than the actual thing.

It was really dirty in a ghetto-like environment. The hotel really tries to keep up their previous shine but it's hard in these circumstances. There was problem with the air conditioner, bath tube, window blinds, lamps, etc. Also there was mould everywhere in the bathroom.

The stuff was really helpful, they understand that we would like to check out before our reserved time and they also give us acceptable refund. It might be good for a party hostel or for guests wit not so high recommendations. It might be working as there were no empty room at our stay.
