The hotel may be unsuitable for people who don't want to walk far, although taxis are readily available.

The room was facing the street and every time a tram passed (especially the older ones) the whole house is shaking. I'm not exaggerating! For some reason ambulances and other emergency vehicles use their horns in the middle of the night and don't the hotel is located right at the main road and the windows are not amazing at blocking out the noise, your little ones may wake up "in the middle of the night", either from sirens or trams passjng. Breakfast was good, yet not amazing.

The room was big and it was great having a kitchen. It was also close to the park (and playground), the zoo, and not too far away from touristic sites. Depending on how much you like walking, it's fairly easy to walk all the way to Circus Maximus. The metro station is also reasonably close (perhaps 15/20 min with a pram through the park). The zoo is close and has several playgrounds (big plus!). While most staff were nice, there was one lady who was not only nice, but warm and friendly (I don't know how else to describe it!) The room had blinds that make the room pitch black, which was great. It was also very clean!

Didn't like the distance to the city centre and although researched it before booking didn't appreciate how tiring it would be the 30 minute or so walk to get to the city centre (each way)

The size of the room was fair and found very helpful that tea and coffee making facility was provided. Breakfast was very adequate. Members of staff were friendly and helpful.

Often, when I needed my key, or when checking out in the morning, there was no staff at the front desk. The hotel should invest in key cards!! The decor is very old fashioned and tired; needs an update.

The room was large, liked the kitchenette. Breakfast was good and with a nice selection (they need a new toaster, though). Location near Borghese gardens and on tram line good.

We booked for the swimming pool to be able to relax around but unfortunately due to bad weather earlier in the week the whole pool area was closed so we couldn't access at all which was such a shame as there was no other outside space.

Breakfast was excellent, pool area is lovely, but is not heated at all. Our room did not have a separate shower. Bathtub is hard to get in and out of, there were no bars to hold onto. The front desk was great to schedule airport transfers.

Street noise, especially from tram disturbed in nights. No restaurants at the hotel nor close.

Spacious room with kitchenette and lot of storage space. Swimming pool provided refreshment in heat. Breakfast had a variety of choices and personnel were very friendly.

My first room wasn’t great, on the lower level and had a skinny spiral staircase up to bedroom and bathroom. I couldn’t get my luggage up there, I was very disappointed. I had booked more than 6 months in advance for 11 nights. However, on day 2 I spoke to the manager and they moved me the following day to a single level room which was much better.

Lovely area, quiet, relaxing and good to be out of the main hustle and bustle of Rome. Staff are friendly and obliging, nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

We didn't like our initial room, which was on the ground floor, and with a 9 month old and non-stop trams going all night was a bit of a disaster. Every time the tram passed, the entire room was shacking. Plus the furniture was very used. For a good bit extra, we got a much nicer room with a balcony. Expensive but I liked it much better

The location is good. Its right beside a beautiful park that leads you to all main tourist attractions most about 30 minutes walk. The pool was lovely on a hot day!

The rooms are extremely dated, although spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed is a standard double and the pillows are very hard.

Some aspects of the accommodation are quite old fashioned but that's personal preference.

The bedroom and living room were large and comfortable and very clean. The kitchen area was handy. The staff were lovely. The pool area was great and the breakfast was good. It's a short walk to the city through the park which is also lovely (use the steps in front of the Modern Art Gallery) The local delivery app Glovo will deliver food to the hotel.

The only thing I was disappointed in were the pillows. They were hard and flat, but that seems pretty typical for hotels in Germany, surprising for Italy.

The staff were incredibly helpful and delightful.
