It’s a few rooms on the fourth floor and very poor labelling on where it is and how to gain access to the rooms if you miss the office people. A couple of simple signs would clear all ambiguity up for late travellers. Oh and don’t worry about the sketchy elevator. It actually works!
Room had what we needed with beds and bathrooms. Very quiet once the window was shut. Good location to everything and very clean

It's location is amazing for all the top sites. Nice and quiet at night. It is budget & pretty basic but the place is clean, very modern onsuite bathroom. And they let us check in early as we had a baby with us. Great service all round

Loved the location, easy to get to and very central. Staff were super friendly.

This hotel is the cheapeast I can find during peak season. The room is facing to the quite area and the window view is perfect, I can see the mountains when I open it fully, so calming. The location is also great.

Australia14 ReviewsPleasantFinding the hotel was very difficult. Florence has a colored number system, black and red numbers and they are not in order. Google maps could not find it. The buildings in this area are very old and so is the plumbing.
The location is very easy to get to. Good sized bed and clean sheets. I slept well.

The location was fantastic. The hotel is located at hardly a 15 minute walk from the Station. The staff was courteous and super friendly, and we're generous enough to accomodate our request for two single beds instead of a double bed. The shared bathrooms were clean enough.

We thought, incorrectly, that a shower in the room meant a toilet as well. The shower was right in the middle of the room so everyone else had to leave the room when someone wanted to shower. Also its not a hotel per-se as much as it is a converted apartment on the four floor of a mostly empty town house.
Very good location for a very good price compared to other hotels in the area. The receptionist was very helpful and had us checked in and on the wifi quickly. Upon checkout she also allowed us to leave our bags while we explored the city a bit more before leaving. It was clean and they made the beds daily and kept it very tidy.
