Its unacceptable that the reception staff doesn’t speak English. They do tell you in English a few basic things, but when you ask for anything at all they don’t understand and don’t give the answer you needed. That brought much discomfort concerning breakfast hours, check out, WiFi, swimming pool... none of these where topics to which the staff could provide answers. For me it’s a very negative point. Also, I was informed a few days before arrival that both swimming pools wouldn’t be available. If I had booked the hotel with that in mind, that would be a major issue. The location is very bad in means of transportation to the center. There are buses but you can’t buy tickets inside the bus, so it gets tricky. We had to walk an hour until the nearest part of the city center.

Great rooms. Modern and comfortable with enough space to put your things. Outside of the city center which is good if you’re coming/going to the airport, but If you’re visiting Rome it’s complicated with the public transportation. And of course the taxi is super expensive. The hotel looks great outside and both reception and rooms are also good looking.

Even though the hotel is in the very south of Rome, the bus and metro connection work out fine if you factor in enough time. The hotel is perfectly ok for a few days. It does not have anything that strikes as particularly charming or noteworthy, it is simply clean and functional. Breakfast is ok, leaning heavily to Italian style, sweet breakfast. Staff is friendly and professional. The best part is the access to the gym and pool

No bath robes in the rooms. It would have made our stay complete. Changing in the spa area was a little uncomfortable. Would have liked to put on a bath robe and walk to the spa changed. Other than that there's nothing to complain about.

This is the perfect hotel for people, who like to relax and recharge some energy. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and you will be taken care of in all areas. For sports enthusiast, especially tennis players, this place is going to be like heaven. We liked it a lot and recommend it for travellers.

It should be criminal for a 4 star hotel to stop serving breakfast 09.30. At least it should be criminal to sell hotel rooms including breakfast - when you have such poor breakfast service. Also the frontdesk went into some quak quak and had no service spirit at all. OK lad's - I will never go back. There are enough good hotels in Rome............

The location is a bit of an issue if you're planning on visiting Rome. It's a fair bit of a distance and the public transport links are poor. The buses don't seem to have any fixed timetable and so travelling to the city isn't easy. Taxi's aren't easy to come by either and the surroundings of the local area don't seem to feel or appear to be pleasant in the late hours of the night. There isn't much near by and you can't do much locally. If you do manage to get a taxi (we used an app) it can cost between 20-30 (sometimes around 40) Euro's per trip in to or out of Rome, which doesn't seem economically the best option, as you could get a good hotel within the City too. If you're visiting only the hotel and planning maybe just the one off trip in to Rome, want to have a good time in Fitness centre, including Spa, Jacuzzi, etc, then this hotel is great. It'll meet your needs very well. My only critical feedback is that there needs to be more options for breakfast, hot food options (which currently are very limited) and better sound proofing of the "newer rooms" as I could here the vehicles pass by on the road from 6am onwards (not what you want on a "relaxing" holiday).

The hotel itself is clean and nice. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean and looked good.

Very small details: 1) to turn on/off the a/c is required to call the reception. The shower water temperature was not totally constant.

The room and bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was simply excellent. The staff was quite helpful. Value for money is very good if moving from the hotel to Rome with a car.

The manners of the people at the desk were awful. They actually told us false information about the buses, that had we not corrected ourselves would have made our vacation more difficult. The staff, especially daytime, seemed very disgruntled at having to work in August. It made us wonder whether or not they were family members of the business because it is difficult to believe someone relying upon that job for a livelihood would be so rude. This is our 11th vacation to Rome. We normally stay at a different location. When we return next August we will definitely not be staying here. We find Romans to be the most humble and friendly people you will meet. Sadly, the staff here were pompous and arrogant.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it is a prefabricated building inside a sport centre with access to its facilities. You have to walk through a series of odd corridors to get to it and obviously bring your changing clothes. The SPA centre was closed for renewal and we didn't have access to the Jacuzzi and Sauna area. I would have liked to be advised beforehand. I've seen several guest having issues with A/C, including us, as it is difficult to adjust the temperature. The shower is small and appropriate for a 2 star hotel (having only a little spray and not the main one from the top!) - see pictures below. The only parking available is outside on the public street, but they have some security cameras pointing at it.

Breakfast was good, even if not huge. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite. Location was good as we needed to drive south, but it is quite far from the centre of Rome.

I did not like the short notice, that the hamam, the sauna, the jacuzzi where under construction - the outdoor pool was not for use at that time as well. Breakfast was really poor - the only good thing was the coffee - the rest of the "buffet" was just unhealthy and poor. We got an upgrade after complaining about all the close facilities - that was nice but I need to fight for it - We got a little jacuzzi bathtub which was nice The time to get to city is fine, just the bus is not too convenient.

I reallly liked the possibilities to do sports before heading to Rome. There is a massive gym with an indoor pool and machines.

The hotel part is rather normal. Clean, etc. Rooms very basic, no coffe making, the "free minibar" had 2 bottles of water, a coke, and an orange juice! Reception was bland.

So the hotel is pretty much split into 2 businesses, the sports part and the hotel part. The sports piece "looked" (didn't have time to try) great. And I must complement the restaurant in this [place which was awesome! Pretty plain but menu and food were great!

A little far out (a bus & metro ride into town), but in total only about 30 minutes door to door. A little difficult to find at first.

the staff, the breakfast, the pool and tennis courts. the wonderful clean room we returned to each evening after a long days sightseeing in Rome.
