Parking, lovely host, balcony, easy check-in process, charming, homely atmosphere.

Minor complaints.: The shower curtain solution is a joke and there is absolutely no space next to the sink to put your toiletteries. There is no safe in the room. Breakfast could use some cooked meal options but at least some vegetables.

It was difficult to arrive

Attention from the owner. Nothing was too much trouble.Super helpful even rang a taxi for us for the airport. The room was a great size and clean and the toiletries were gorgeous. Comfortable bed. Super air conditioning and WiFi. Safe parking if you come by car.

For us it was too far out of the city. We could catch the bus but they stopped around 9 pm and taxi was around 10-12 euros. It’s about 30-40 mins walk which was too much for us in the heat but if you’re younger and fit it’s a pleasant walk. The lighting in the room was poor Bedside lamps useless for reading . The furniture on the balcony was just a bench so not comfortable.

Stefano and his family are wonderful hosts! The rooms are spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed in Italy, everything is very clean and tidy. They make up the rooms daily, which really helps make your vacation more enjoyable. They’re always happy to offer recommendations, and their breakfast includes the best natural juices we’ve ever had in Europe. Thank you so much for everything we’d be more than happy to come back!

It was absolutely convincing. On the morning before arrival, we received a lot of information via WhatsApp, and any questions we had were answered immediately. Our room was as described, with great attention to details, wonderful beds, towels and bed linen. You could feel the passion for guest satisfaction. The centre of Verona was easily accessible on foot in twenty minutes, which saved us from paying unnecessary parking fees. Stefano was always approachable, a wonderful host and organiser. Doesn't matter what, he had all answers.. Thank you very much, we will be back, sure.

It is very cozy hotel. Stefano was very helpful, never hesitated to offer recommendations, provide information about restaurants and transportation. It feels safe. Room was very clean and spacious with good view on the river. It was door to door with my work at Borgo Trento hospital.

The rooms are incredible, and soundproof so you don't hear the traffic a lot. It is an easy 30 minute walk to the centre. The host (stefano) was helpfull with recommendations for restaurants.

Clean, welcome and a great host!

This was the best object we stayed in- in our lives. It is better than in the pictures. The host was simply saying- PERFECT. We had everything we needed, and more. Everything we needed about tour in Verona the host introduced us, and gave us every information we needed. The object is so clean, smells perfect, the breakfast is home made from the hosts, just perfect. We cannot wait to come again, and we will 100% come again in this object. We had a bikes for free, their private bikes, which we ride to the center and we do not need to go by car or bus. Thank you guys for making our vacation so good, feeling like domestics, and feeling so good and relaxed. THANK YOU ❤️

Everything home made and super luxurious. You recive private travel guide you would never get in a hotel. Junior suite has private jacuzzi.

A wonderful small hotel, very nice owner who gave us lots of tips for Verona. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is very good. Free parking on the property and the possibility to use bicycles for free as well. Everything was perfect.

Riccardo is probably the nicest host we ever faced in our holidays. He has such a warm-hearted and kind character. Beside the facts about the accommodation, he gave us a lot of information and tips about Verona as well. The apartment was perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need for relaxing holidays like a lovely furnishing, a big balcony and AC. I could tell a thousand positive things more. Our stay was overwhelming and we would take the same accommodation again and again! Thanks Riccardo for making our stay in Verona so special!

We had amazing stay at Alla Riva…unfortunately too short. Riccardo was super helpful with all the information, the beds and pillow were the most comfortable and the breakfast all handmade and delicious. Plus we had free parking and we’re at walking distance from the city center. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Verona.

Great accommodation with incredible host Riccardo. We had every help and recommendation we needed about places to visit, restaurants to eat etc. Location is near center, we were there by car on road trip. You can sldo use bicycles for free and we were told where to leave it if we want to enjoy in the old city by walk. Breakfast was amazing, really amazing. All homemade with lot of options and taste. Thanks a lot Riccardo and family!

Cosy and friendly and clean. Perfect breakfast with all homemade food. Very friendly and helpful host. Bikes to rent to enjoy the beautiful city without the need to find a parking spot. We will definitely be back.
